Zudem gibt es einen Balkon, in richtung Garten, auf dem man gemütlich entspannen kann.
You would need to take over the furniture (wardrobes, bed, table, office chair) for 300 Euros for the room. It is medium-sized and offers enough space for personal customization. The shared areas, such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, are fully equipped and can be used by all roommates. Additionally, there is a balcony facing the garden where you can relax and unwind.
