Hi everyone,
In our House-WG in quiet Greisheim a light furnished room will be free from 01.08.2023 (mid-July move-in could also be discussed). I am moving to another city and looking for a next tenant.
The room is located on the 1st floor (Dachgeschoss). There are 4 WG-rooms in the house, a big kitchen, a living room, a big bathroom with a bathtub, another small kitchen and a small bathroom with extra shower on the 1st floor, and a garden.
Please, take into consideration the min. rental period of 6 months. The rental contract is unlimited.

In unserer Haus-WG im ruhigen Greisheim ist ab dem 01.08.2023 ein hell möbliertes Zimmer frei (Einzug Mitte Juli könnte auch besprochen werden). Ich ziehe in eine andere Stadt und suche einen Nachmieter.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock (Dachgeschoss). Im Haus gibt es 4 WG-Zimmer, eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine weitere kleine Küche und ein kleines Badezimmer mit extra Dusche im 1. Stock, sowie einen Garten.
Bitte beachten Sie die min. Mietdauer 6 Monate. Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet.

The house is located in Frankfurt Griesheim. The bus stop for the busses 54 and 59 is 3 min away, the tram stop is about 4 min away by bus or 12 min by foot, and the S-Bahn stops Frankfurt Griesheim and Frankfurt Nied are about 10 min away by bus. The Frankfurt Hbf can be reached in about 25-30 min, Hauptwache – in about 30 min. Penny, Lidl and Rewe can be found nearby.

Das Haus liegt in Frankfurt Griesheim. Die Bushaltestelle der Linien 54 und 59 ist 3 Minuten entfernt, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 4 Minuten mit dem Bus bzw. 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die S-Bahn-Haltestellen Frankfurt Griesheim und Frankfurt Nied sind ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Der Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 25-30 Min. zu erreichen, die Hauptwache – in ca. 30 Min. Penny, Lidl und Rewe finden Sie in der Nähe.

The WG consists of 4 rooms - with 1 room on the ground floor and 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. The WG is mixed – there are students and full-time job workers. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living-room, as well as the garden, are shared. The WG life in the house is pretty quiet and chill.

Die WG besteht aus 4 Räumen – davon 1 Raum im Erdgeschoss und 3 Räume im 2. Obergeschoss. Die WG ist gemischt – es gibt Studierende und Vollzeitkräfte. Küche, Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer sowie der Garten werden gemeinsam genutzt. Das WG-Leben im Haus ist ziemlich ruhig und entspannt.

The min. rental period is 6 months.
The rent is 500 Eur ‘warm’. The costs of the Internet, GEZ and washing machine usage are not included.
For the landlord, it is important to have a proof of income from the potential tenant that will show that you are able to pay rent, and SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) certificate would be a nice addition.
