Für meine 2er-WG suche ich eine/n netten Mitbewohner/in zur Zwischenmiete für 1-2 Monate.
Ich bin 31 Jahre alt, lebe schon länger in Frankfurt und habe International Business Management studiert und mache zur Zeit ein Praktikum. Ich bin sehr gesellig und treffe mich gerne mit Freunden und schaue gerne Filme. Im Nachbarhaus wohnt eine 5-er Wg mit der ich sehr gut befreundet bin. Gemeinsam verbingen wir gerne die Abende und gehen tagsüber gerne an den Main, der nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt ist.
Ich suche für die schön gelegene Wohnung eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die offen und kommunikativ ist und gelegentlich am Abend auf dem Balkon mit mir ein Weinchen trinkt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Frankfurt Griesheim, 5 min. zu Fuß von Bahnhof entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof fährt die S-Bahn nur 4 minuten. In die Innenstadt sind es mit der S-Bahn 10 minuten. Die Wohnung hat hohe decken. Das Zimmer hat 15 qm Wohnfläche. Die Küche ist so gut wie neu und hat alles was man benötigt. Außerdem haben wir ein Gäste WC und ein Bad. Waschmaschine ist auch mit dabei. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen großen Balkon. Im Innenhof befindet sich zudem eine Sitzecke.

For my 2-person shared flat I am looking for a nice flatmate for a temporary rent for 1-2 months.
I am 31 years old, have been living in Frankfurt for some time and have studied International Business Management and am currently doing an internship. I am very friendly and like to meet friends and watch movies. In the house next door there is a shared flat with whom I am very good friends with. Together we like to spend the evenings and during the day we like to go to the Main river, which is only 2 minutes away by foot.
I'm looking for a nice flatmate for the beautifully situated apartment, who is open and communicative and occasionally drinks a wine with me on the balcony in the evening.
The apartment is located in Frankfurt Griesheim, 5 min. walking distance from the train station. To the main station the S-Bahn takes only 4 minutes. To the city centre it takes 10 minutes by S-Bahn. The apartment has high ceilings. The room has 15 sqm living space. The kitchen is as good as new and has everything you need. We also have a guest toilet and a bathroom. Washing machine is also included. The apartment also has a large balcony. In the inner courtyard there is also a sitting area.
