I am looking for someone who can take over my room from December.
I am going to move out in the end of November but due to the regulation of my rental contract, I offer you my room for *one month. (*If you would like to start renting in the middle of month or later, it’s also acceptable. In this case, the rent is negotiable.)
However, if you like the room and flatshare, I can introduce you to my landlord and it would be possible to discuss renting the room from January onward as well. In this case, the monthly rent is changed to 400 € and also a deposit;350 € will be necessary. For the sublet, I have reduced the rent by 300 € to 100 €.
Indicated rent above already includes utility costs ( electricity, water, heating ).

Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter (eventuell einen Nachmieter) für mein Zimmer ab Dezember, da ich Ende November vorhabe auszuziehen und für den letzten Monat meines Mietvertrages einen Zwischenmieter brauche. Jedoch besteht die Möglichkeit Sie meinem Vermieter vorzustellen der nach einem langfristigen Nachmieter sucht. In diesem Fall wurde die vollständige Warmmiete 400€ betragen und eine Kaution;350€ wäre auch fällig. Für die zwischenmiete, habe ich die Miete um 300€ auf 100€ reduziert. Diese Miete beinhaltet schon Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung).
Details zu meinem Zimmer:
-Zimmer befindet sich im 2ten Stock.
-Mit Möbel ausgestattet: Bett (mit Matratzen Bettdecke und Bettlaken), Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Sessel, kleiner Tisch, Kleiderschränke und allgemeiner Schrank)
-Zimmer ist ab Dezember verfüglich
-Lavabo und Wasserhahn (aktuell nur mit kaltem Wasser)

* Griesheim is just one stop from Hauptbahnhof and it takes only 4 minutes by S1 or S2.
- Distance from station to house: about 5 minutes by foot
- REWE: about 10 minutes on foot
-Das Haus liegt in der Nähe von Griesheim Bahnhof (nur eine Haltestelle vom Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof enternt. Die Reisedauer beträgt ur etwa 4 Minuten mit der S-Bahn S1 oder S2). Das Haus ist nur 5 minuten zu Fuß von S-Bahn Station entfernt. REWE ist ca.10 Minuten entfernt.
