Dein Zimmer ist 10m2 groß und sehr gut geschnitten, sodass z.B. ein 1,40m Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Regal und Kleiderstange reinpassen. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Die Decken sind sehr hoch und mit Stuck, wodurch das Zimmer geräumiger wirkt. Durch das große Fenster ist es immer hell tagsüber. Ich würde meine Vorhänge im Zimmer lassen. Die halten im Sommer die Wärme, im Winter die Kälte und allgemein jegliches Licht aus dem Zimmer.
Ansonsten gibt es noch eine Küche mit allem was man so brauch: Ofen, Kaffeemaschine, Essecke und jeder hat seine eigenen Fächer für seine Lebensmittel.
Im Flur gibt es außerdem noch einen Schrank, in dem du auch 2 Regalfächer bekommst, um jegliche Sachen zu verstauen.
Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Kellerabteil und eine der Waschmaschinen im Waschraum. Die Waschmaschine wird nur von dir und deinem neuen Mitbewohner genutzt. Außerdem kannst du entweder im Keller oder hinter dem Haus dein Fahrrad abstellen.

Your room is 10m2 in size and very well laid out, allowing space for a 1.40m bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelf, and clothes rack, for example. The room is unfurnished. The ceilings are very high and adorned with stucco, which makes the room appear more spacious. The large window ensures plenty of daylight during the day. I will leave my curtains in the room, which will help keep out heat in the summer, cold in the winter, and generally block any light from entering the room.
Additionally, there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need: oven, coffee machine, dining area, and each person has their own compartments for their groceries. In the hallway, there's a closet with two shelf compartments for you to store various items. The apartment also includes a cellar compartment and one of the washing machines in the laundry room. The washing machine is only used by you and your new flatmate. Additionally, you can store your bike either in the cellar or behind the house.
Die Wohnung liegt im Gutleutviertel. Zu Fuß brauch man 2 Minuten bis zum Main/Westhafen und 7 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Der nächste Supermarkt, Rewe, ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt. Durch die Nähe zum Hbf kommt man sehr gut und schnell überall hin. Auch zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Innenstadt oder im Bankenviertel.
Da die Wohnung in einer Sackgasse und Seitenstraße der Gutleutstraße liegt, ist es dementsprechend leise, sodass man auch mit offenem Fenster keine große Geräuschkulisse hat.

The apartment is located in the Gutleutviertel. It takes 2 minutes on foot to reach the Main/Westhafen and 7 minutes to get to the main train station. The nearest supermarket, Rewe, is a 10-minute walk away. Due to its proximity to the main train station, it's easy and quick to get anywhere. You can also easily walk to the city center or the banking district.
Because the apartment is situated in a dead-end street and side street off Gutleutstraße, it is accordingly quiet, so even with the window open, you won't experience much noise.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Viktor. Er ist 32 Jahre alt und studiert Informatik an der Goethe Universität. Außerdem arbeitet er als Werkstudent in Data Science. Er ist ein sehr angenehmer Mitbewohner mit dem man gerne mal in der Küche einen Tee oder Kaffee trinkt und über den Alltag spricht. Ansonsten ist das WG-Leben eher ruhig, es ist also keine Party-WG. Besuch ist immer Willkommen, sag Viktor einfach vorher Bescheid. Falls jemand gerade Klausurenphase hat, wird darauf Rücksicht genommen.
Ich verlasse die WG, da ich mein Auslandssemester antreten werde.

You share the apartment with Viktor, who is 32 years old and studies computer science at Goethe University. He also works as a working student in data science. He is a very pleasant flatmate with whom you enjoy having a tea or coffee in the kitchen and discussing everyday life. Otherwise, the shared apartment life is quite calm; it's not a party flat. Visitors are always welcome; just let Viktor know beforehand. If someone is currently in the exam phase, consideration is given to that.
I am leaving the flat because of my semester abroad.
In der Warmmiete von 490€ fehlen noch die Kosten für GEZ und Internet. Diese Kosten teilst du dir mit Viktor. Ansonsten kannst du mir gerne die Vorhänge abkaufen, da hätte ich gerne 10€, da sie neu gekauft sind.

In addition to the warm rent of €490, the costs for GEZ (TV and radio license) and internet are not included. You share these costs with Viktor. Also, if you're interested, you can buy the curtains from me for €10, as they are newly purchased.
