Ich suche einen Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist im Dachgeschoss und ist voll möbliert. Wir haben die Toilette und das Bad getrennt. Die Waschmaschine ist auch in der Wohnung. Die Miete ist sehr günstig (267€ warm, ungefähr 11€ für Internet pro Monat) und die Lage ist auch wunderbar! .
I am looking for a new tenant for my room. The room is about 16m^2 and it is on the top floor of the building. The room will be furnished, and it has a nice view from the window. We have a shower room and a toilet separate, and there is a kitchen and a living room. Washing machine available. The rent is extremely inexpensive (267€ with utility costs and 11€ for internet) and the location is also amazing!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Fischstein (U7), direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem U-Bahn dauert es nur 12 Minuten zur Hauptwache. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle (Bus 34) direkt vor der Tür.

The WG is nearby the U-Bahn station "Fischstein" (0 min walk). The location is convenient, and you can reach Hauptwache with the train in 12 mins. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is also a bus stop nearby and you can reach Rödelheim Bahnhof in 9 mins.
Die Wohnung ist eine 3er WG. Andere Mitbewohnern kommen aus Venezuela (männlich, 33) und Nepal (weiblich, 32) und sind beschäftigt. Die WG ist ruhig, freundlich and alle sind oft unterwegs.

Wir suchen jemanden (am besten 25 bis 32 Jahre alt, nicht Raucher). Bitte schreiben Sie etwas über Sie (woher Sie kommen, Alter und Beruf usw) und ab wann Sie einziehen können. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie die Kaution auf mein Konto überweisen müssen. (Und Sie werden die Kaution von dem neuen Nachmieter/in zurückbekommen, wenn Sie ausziehen.) ich weiß das klingt komisch aber das ist wie es ist in der WG :) .

We are looking for somebody between around 25-32 years old. Please send me a message with some things about yourself (where you come from, age, what you do in Frankfurt etc) and from when you could move in. No smoker please. Please note that you will transfer the Deposit to me. You will charge it from the next tenant when you move out. I know it sounds weird, but that’s how it is in this apartment. :)
