The flat is located in a 12 party house (4 floor). The flat has huge windows on three sides, the only room without a window is the guest-toilette.
Instead of a detailed description I have posted photos, showing both, your room as well as the shared rooms.
The office may be used during my absent.
A MFP is placed in the flat for shared use.
The flat is fully equipped, everything you can expect in an flat is available.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit insgesamt 12 Wohnungen. Die Wohnung hat auf drei Seiten eine umfangreiche Fensterfront, lediglich das Gäste-WC hat kein Fenster.
Statt einer Beschreibung lasse ich die Fotos für sich sprechen.
Das Büro darf während meiner Abwesenheit genutzt werden.
Ein MFP steht über die in der Beschreibung aufgeführten Elektrischen Geräte zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, da der Eigentümer seit 2006 Inder Wohnung lebt.

You should check using the internet, what exactly you are looking for.
Food store (Rewe opening from Monday TIL Saturday, 7.00h to 22.00h) and bakery (opening also on Sunday) are less the 100 m away. One of the biggest shopping malls in Frankfurt is in walking distance (approximately 750 m).
Public traffic Subway U 1, U 2, U 3 and U 8 can be reached in approximately 7 minutes. In addition two bus stations are around the corner, never used in over 10 years. Please note, google Maps does not include Subway and Busses. It is better to use either the App „RMV“ or „DB Navigator“.
The Niddapark is only 1.5 km away. A great possibility to relax, take a walk, jogging, enjoying the sun and reading a book.

To Goethe University
The Riedberg Campus is only 2.2 km away, 15 minutes with public transportation (use Subway U8); a 30 minutes Walk, less then 10 minutes with the bicycle
The Campus Westend is less the 5km away; less then 30 minutes with public transportation (Subway U 1, 2, 3 or 8 Exit at Station Holzhauserstraße); 5 km or 20 minutes with the bicycle.
Goethe Business School, is next to Goethe University Campus Westend, please have a Look there.
Frankfurt University of Applied Siences; with Public transportation close to 30 minutes (use U 1, 2, 3 Or 8 to Miquel-Adickesallee and then switch to bus line 32); 7 km or 25 minutes with the bicycle.
Frankfurt School of Finance, 25 minutes with public transportation (use U 1, 2, 3 or 8 to Station Miquel-Adickesallee); 5 km or 20 minutes with the bicycle,

Hochschule für Bildende Künste - Städelschule; 35 minutes with public transportation ( use U 1, 2, 3 or 8 to Schweizer Platz); 7.1 km or 30 minutes with the bicycle.

Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst; close to 6 km, less then 30 minutes with public transportation (use U 1, 2 or 3); 20 minutes with the bicycle.
Dr. Hoch‘s Konservatorium - Musikakademie Frankfurt am Main; slightly above 9 km, close to 40 minutes with S6, around 33 minutes with the bicycle.

Da Du die Anzeige im Internet findest, wirst Du sicherlich Dir auch die Umgebung anschauen.
Rewe (Montag bis Samstag, 7.00h bis 22.00h geöffnet) und Bäckerei (auch Sonntags geöffnet) sind im Umkreis von 100 Metern vorhanden. Lidl und Aldi sind ca. 500 m entfernt. Das Nordwestzentrum mit seinen unzähligen Geschäften, eines der größten Einkaufszentren Frankfurts, ist ca 750 Meter entfernt.
Die U-Bahn (U 1, U 2, U 3 und U 8) ist in ca. 7 Minuten oder 750 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Darüber hinaus sind Bushaltestationen um die Ecke.
Der Campus Riedberg der Goethe Universität ist lediglich 2,2 km entfernt, 30 Minuten Spaziergang, weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Der Nidda-Park ist nur ca.500 m entfernt und lädt zum spazieren gehen oder joggen ein.

My working time is split between Frankfurt and Berlin. During the time I am in Berlin the whole flat (except my room, 15 sqm) is used by you on a exclusive base.
I am 52 years old, single, no kids. I have studied business administration at the University of Mannheim (Diplom Kaufmann).
Your registration with this room / flat share is welcome and will be supported by your Landlord, but not a requirement.

Underground parking spot pitch available for a monthly fee of 50€.
The rental contract may have an unlimited term or a fixed term based on your needs. A fixed term may have a maximum term of up to 6 months. An unlimited term will be combined with an termination period of three months for the landlord, and the termination right for you will be without any termination period.
Towels and bed linen will be provided by the landlord free of charge.
