Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist Teil einer Wohnung, die auf zwei Etagen liegt. Oben, wo auch dieses Zimmer liegt, wohnen insgesamt drei der vier Mitbewohner*innen und haben dort auch ein eigenes Bad.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Dachfenster, durch das ab Mittag auch gerne die Sonne hereinscheint. Für ruhige und dunkle Nächte findest du hier einen elektrischen Rollladen und ein Fliegennetz.
Außerdem ist das Zimmer möbliert - du brauchst also nur deine Klamotten mitbringen und kannst sofort loslegen. In dem Zimmer sind: ein Bett, ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Schwingsessel und ein Nachttisch. Wichtig: die Möbel auf dem Foto sind NUR ZUM TEIL diejenigen, die du nachher nutzen wirst, aber es ist für alles gesorgt (der blaue Schrank und der Schreibtisch sind meine persönlichen Gegenstände, es gibt aber einen anderen Schreibtisch) .
Your future room is part of an apartment that consists of two levels. On the upper level, where this room is situated, you will live with two other roomies (male + female). The room itself has a big window through which the sun enters the place starting lunch-time. For dark and calm nights, you will find an electrical rolling shutter and a flynet.
Furthermore, the room is furnished. Meaning you will only need to bring your clothes and personal belongings to start your next steps here. The furniture consists of a bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a desk incl a chair and an arm chair. Please note: the furniture shown in the photo will ONLY PArtially be the one you'll live with, but don't worry, we got everything arranged (the blue cupboard and the desk are my personal items, you will get a similar desk).
Die große Dachgeschoss-Wohung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche, einem Wohnzimmer, zwei Bädern (eins pro Etage), einem Eingangsbereich, einem Abstellraum und wir haben auch einen Balkon ;)
Rundherum findest du Rewe, Aldi, Netto, die du zu Fuß erreichen kannst. Außerdem fahren die Tram und der Bus quasi vor der Tür, die beiden erreichst du in 2 min. Die S-Bahn Station Frankfurt-Nied liegt rund 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, Frankfurt-Höchst ist auch gut zu erreichen (ca. 15 min).
Sehr schön ist es auch an der Nidda entlang zu spazieren am Abend, da habe ich sehr gerne hin und wieder meine Zeit verbracht (ca 5 min entfernt).
The large top floor apartment consists of a kitchen incl a dining table, a living room, two bathrooms (one on each floor), an entrance area and a balcony.
In close walking distance to the house, you will find Rewe, Aldi and Netto for grocery shopping. If you plan on going to the city centre of Frankfurt, you can go by tram or bus which are at a 2 min walking distance. Furthermore, you can use the S-Bahn at Frankfurt-Nied which is about 10 min to walk.
For your evening walks, I can recommend the river Nidda. It's a lovely place to relax after work (about 5 min away).
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind Ashwini (26), Cyrano (26) und Denise (22). Alle drei arbeiten/studieren im Bereich Finanzen und Steuern - sind aber offen für andere Berufsrichtungen ;) immerhin bin ich im Marketing.
Wir sitzen abends manchmal für einen Wein zusammen, oder unterhalten uns beim Abendessen über unseren Tag. Insgesamt sind wir auf jeden Fall eine Berufstätigen-WG und legen Wert auf ein ruhiges und faires Miteinander - unsere wildesten Party-Zeiten sind also rum, und das würden wir uns auch von dir wünschen. Am besten bist du also am Ende deines Masters, oder schon am Arbeiten.
Hinweis: Wir sprechen oft Englisch in der WG, da Ashwini ursprünglich aus Indien kommt.
Your future roomies are Ashwini (26), Cyrano (26) und Denise (22). They all work/study in finance and taxes, but they're open to other professions as well - I work in Marketing.
In the evenings, we sometimes sit together and talk about our day and have a glass of wine with it. Overall, we are a working WG and our focus is on a rather calm and fair life to share. Our wildest party times are over I guess, and we would much appreciate it if that was the case for you as well. We would like someone who is about to finish their Masters or already started working.
Please note: we often speak English in our WG as Ashwini has her origin in India.
Wir suchen jemanden, die/der mindestens 12 Monate bleibt (gerne länger), und am Ende seines/ihres Studiums steht oder schon am Arbeiten ist. WG-Leben sollte für dich kein Fremdwort sein - mit allem was dazu gehört, von Putzen über ein freundliches Miteinander bis hin zur gegenseitigen Unterstützung :)
Bitte erzähle uns etwas über dich: wie alt du bist, wieso du bei uns einziehen möchtest, was deine bisherigen WG-Erfahrungen sind, und wo du herkommst.

We are looking for someone who will want to stay for at least 12 months (by contract, preferably longer) and who is at the end of their studys or already in a working status. The life of a WG shouldn't be foreign for you - such as regular cleaning, being tidy in common areas and supporting each other as roomies.
Please tell us a bit about yourself: how old are you, why would you like to live with us, do you have experience with WGs and how would you like this WG to be, and where are you from.
