El apartamento de 4 habitaciones está situado en un edificio antiguo reformado ( techos altos, ventanas de techo altos, puertas de madera maciza real) y se encuentra en 1 OG.
Hay un pasillo grande, un baño de luz diurna con bañera, así como una cocina totalmente equipada con nevera, lavavajillas, estufa / horno, microondas, hervidor de agua y varios otros utensilios de cocina donde también se puede sentar.
Su habitación tendría unos 12m2 y un hermoso corte espacioso.
La habitación estaría amueblada, si fuera necesario puede ser por lo menos una cama, un armario y un escritorio incl. Presidente, organizado. Por supuesto, yo proporcionaría los muebles gratis. Por supuesto, también es posible traer sus propios muebles, todos muy flexibles. :
La habitación tiene un suelo laminado y las paredes están pintadas en blanco.
Las ventanas tienen persianas.
El alquiler incluye todos los costes adicionales, es decir, electricidad, gas, agua, internet y tarifas de radio, para que no surjan costos adicionales.

Die 4-Zimmerwohnung liegt in einem sanierten Altbau (hohe Decken, deckenhohe Fenster, massive Echtholztüren) und befindet sich im 1 OG.
Es gibt einen großen Flur, ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, sowie eine komplett eingerichtete Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd/Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und diversen weiteren Küchenutensilien, in der man auch sitzen kann.
Dein Zimmer hätte ca. 12qm und einen schönen geräumigen Schnitt.
Das Zimmer wäre möbliert, bei Bedarf kann mindestens ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch inkl. Stuhl, organisiert werden. Die Möbel würde ich natürlich kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen. Natürlich können aber auch gerne eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden, alles ganz flexibel. :)
Das Zimmer hat einen Laminatboden und die Wände sind in weiß gestrichen.
Die Fenster haben Rollläden.
In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten, sprich Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet und die Rundfunkgebühren enthalten, sodass keine Mehrkosten entstehen sollten.
Zusätzlich gibt es einen Keller, im Innenhof überdachte Fahrradstellplätze und es können Parkplätze im Innenhof angemietet werden, aber es befinden sich auch auf der Straße genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. :-)
Die mindest Mietdauer beträgt 6 Monate.
The flat is in a old renovated house with high ceilings, rustical real wood doors and high windows. It is in the ground floor and a 4 room flat.
It has a big corridor, a nice bathroom with bathtube, window, the kitchen is completely furnished and fitted with everything you need, dishwasher, washmachine, microwave, waterheater, fridge, oven and dishes. it is also possible to sit in the kitchen.
The room is about 19qm and furnished if need, but sure you can bring your own furnitures if you want to. The furnitures can be used for free.
The rent includes everything, like electricity, water, gas, internet and the rundfunkgebühren. You will get a official contract and could make your registration/anmeldung at the flat.
Minimum rent is about 6 months.
El apartamento está situado en Frankfurt Höchst, directamente en la calle principal (aunque sin ruido) y está muy bien situado en la infraestructura: varios supermercados, varias farmacias, médicos, bancos... todo en las inmediaciones.
En frente de la puerta hay una parada de autobús y máx. 10min a pie es la estación de tren más alta, que se encuentra en 10 minutos en la estación principal de Frankfurt.
En Höchst hay una calle comercial separada donde puedes encontrar todo lo que necesitas.
En el Main-Taunus-Zentrum se obtiene muy rápido, en coche no necesita 5min hasta la autopista (A66).
El aeropuerto de Frankfurt es muy fácil de alcanzar tanto en coche (15min) como por conexión directa de autobús (20min).
El apartamento está situado directamente entre el Hospital Supremo y la estación de policía en Höchst... así que usted es muy seguro en caso de seriedad. :-

Die Wohnung liegt in Frankfurt Höchst, direkt an der Hauptstraße (trotzdem keine Lärmbelästigung) und ist wirklich sehr gut infrastrukturell aufgestellt: etliche Supermärkte, mehrere Apotheken, Ärzte, Banken... alles in der direkten Umgebung vorhanden. :-)
Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle und max. 10min zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich der Höchster Bahnhof von dem man in 10 min am Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof ist.
In Höchst gibt es eine eigene Einkaufsmeile, auf der man auch sonst alles findet was man braucht.
Ins Main-Taunus-Zentrum kommt man sehr schnell, mit dem Auto braucht man bis zur Autobahn (A66) keine 5min.
Der Frankfurter Flughafen ist sowohl mit dem eigenen Auto (15min), als auch mit einer direkten Bus verbindung (20min) sehr gut zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen dem Höchster Krankenhaus und dem Polizeirevier in Höchst... also ist man auch im Ernstfall bestens abgesichert. :-)

Die Mitbewohner sind alle Studenten/Vollzeitbeschäftigt, también ehr ruhiger aufgestellt. Mir ist wichtig das sich alle verstehen und ein harmonisches Miteinander besteht
Debido a que todo el mundo está trabajando/estudiando, todo el piso es más suave y no hay fiesta ruidosa plana.
Durante el día, en su mayoría nadie está en casa, pero seguro por la noche y los fines de semana su es siempre alguien con quien estar.
Die Mitbewohner sind alle Studenten/Vollzeitbeschäftigt, also ehr ruhiger aufgestellt. Mir ist wichtig das sich alle verstehen und ein harmonisches Miteinander besteht
Because of everybody is working/studing, the whole flat is more smoothly and no noisy party flat.
During the day, mostly nobody is at home, but sure in the evening and on weekends their is allways somebody to hang around with.
