Die Wohnung liegt zentral und in einem mehrstöckigen Haus mit Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist kernsaniert und hell. Preis ist 750€ warm.
Mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung oder Unbefristung, wenn es beidseits passt.

Zwischen Willy-Brandt-Platz (3min) und Hauptbahnhof (5min) zentral gelegen.

Ich bin 40 Jahre alt, Medizinstudentin und arbeite nebenher in einer Arztpraxis, weswegen ich nicht sehr viel in der Wohnung bin. Wenn ich mal nicht lerne oder arbeite gehe ich gerne regelmässig Sport, singe gerne und koche und backe sehr gerne, wenn ich Zeit dazu finde.
Ich lege Wert auf Hygiene, weswegen es auch einen Putzplan gibt.
Ein unkompliziertes WG-Leben erachte ich als wichtig und wünsche ich mir.
Die Wohnung ist voll eingerichtet und man darf alles mitbenutzen.
Das Zimmer ist voll eingerichtet und die Möbel können benutzt werden.

Ich bin für Fragen und Optionen beim
Einzugstermin und der Gestaltung des WG-Lebens in Bezug auf Putzplan, Einrichtung etc unkompliziert und offen.
