In der 2er WG wohnt bereits ein 24 jähriger Franzose und ich suche einen Bewohner für mein Zimmer ab 01.01.2023, da ich derzeit nur noch selten in Frankfurt bin.
Die WG ist eine typische Business-WG in einem ruhigen Haus in zentraler Innenstadtlage (5 Min. Fußweg zur Konstablerwache). Die Einkaufsstraße „Zeil“, Supermärkte, Drogerien und viele Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Die Haltestelle Eschenheimer Tor ist ebenfalls 5 Min. entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit u.a. Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch. Die Wohnung wurde frisch renoviert, schnelles WLAN, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, neue Küche und hochwertige Möbel.

A 24-year-old Frenchman already lives in the 2-person shared flat and I am looking for someone for my room from January 1st, 2023, as I am currently only rarely in Frankfurt.
The shared apartment is in a quiet building in a central downtown location (5 minutes walk to underground "Konstablerwache"). The shopping street "Zeil", supermarkets, drugstores and many restaurants are close by. Also " Eschenheimer Tor" underground stop is also 5 minutes away.
The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and others. The apartment has been newly renovated, fast WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, new kitchen and high-quality furniture.
