ich suche nach einer schönen und vor allem zentralen Wohnung in Frankfurt. Alleine ist das leider sehr(!) teuer, weshalb ich hoffe hier einen Mitbewohner für eine Gründung zu finden .
In einer WG sehe ich sehr viele Vorteile :
-bessere Wohnmöglichkeiten
-geteilte Kosten (wie Putzfrau)
-eine community, mit der man ausgehen kann
Gesucht wird nach einer repräsentative Wohnung mit allem was dazu gehört: Fußbodenheizung, Putzfee, etc.
Von der Lage her sollte sie möglichst zentral sein (1 - 2 km Radius von der Hauptwache).
Beruflich bin ich als Consultant tätig, der gerne auch mal viel feiert und (sofern bei dir nichts ansteht) ein paar Leute einlädt.
Ich gehe sehr gerne aus, tanze und bin viel im Ausland.
Als monatliches Budget stelle ich mir 800 -1200 € p P vor.
