Hallo zusammen,
wenn Du ein Zimmer in der Innenstadt suchst bist Du bei mir genau richtig.
Das Zimmer ist cam 540x350cm und der Flur 200x350cm steht auch noch als Abstellplatz zur Verfügung.
Wenn ihr schon einen Schrank und Bett habt/ kauft würde ich auch beim Aufbau helfen. Ofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirr... und Badewanne ist alles vorhanden.
In den Nebenkosten sind natürlich Internet flat, Haushaltsabgabe, Strom und Wasser enthalten.
Sollte weniger Strom und Wasser verbraucht werden gibt es natürlich eine Rückerstattung.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Strasse (nicht übermäßig laut) und hat eine schöne Aussicht.
Bis zur Zeil/ Haltestelle Konstablerwache dauert es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten und dadurch kann man schnell überall hin.
Ich bin umgänglich und rauche nicht. Wenn es Fragen gibt melde Dich.
Montags-Freitags bin ich ab 20 Uhr zu erreichen oder am Wochenende den ganzen Tag bzw. per mail.

If you looking for room directly in the city you are welcome.
The room is 540x350cm and you can also use corridor 200x350cm if you need to store something additional. When you have already/ buy bed and wardrobe I can help you with set up if necessary. Table and chairs already exist.
Ofen, fridge, dishes...and bathtub exist.
Expenses natural incl. internet, TV/radio/internet licence, electricity and water.
It can be lower depening on electricity and water consumption.
Flat is close to street (not so loud) and has nice view.
Within 5 minutes by foot you reach Zeil/ train station Konstablerwache and so all destinations in Frankfurt are very close.
I am friendly open minded person and don´t smoke. If you have questions please ask me. You van call Monday-Friday after 20:00 o‘clock and weekend all time or write mail.
