Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, mit Parkettboden ausgestattet und mit Blick auf die Skyline (ruhige Lage). Das Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert (Bett inkl. Matratze, Stuhl und Gardinen).
Zum Zimmer gehört noch ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, in dem aber auch die Waschmaschine steht.
Die Wohnung liegt auf der 6. Etage (auch in ruhiger Lage) und ist circa 100 qm groß. Einen Grundriss der Wohnung findest Du auf den Fotos.
Das Wohnzimmer, Küche, Balkon etc. sowie alle elektronischen Geräte stehen Dir selbstverständlich auch zur freien Verfügung.

The room is very bright, equipped with parquet floor and with a nice view of the skyline (quiet location). The room is partly furnished (bed incl. mattress, chair and curtains).
The room has its own bathroom with a shower, but includes the washing machine as well.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor (also in a quiet location) and is about 100 square meters in size. You can find a floor plan of the apartment in the attached photos.
The living room, kitchen, balcony etc. as well as all electronic devices are of course also freely available to you.
In Laufnähe befindet sich das Skyline Plaza mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in circa 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die U-Bahn-Station Festhalle/Messe in circa 10 Minuten und die Tramstation Speyerer Straße in circa 5 Minuten.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor (also in a quiet location) and is about 100 square meters in size. The Skyline Plaza with lots of shops is within walking distance. The main train station can be reached in about 20 minutes by foot, the underground station Festhalle / Messe in about 10 minutes and the tram station Speyerer Straße in about 5 minutes.
Wir sind Nils (30) und Daria (27), beide berufstätig und wohnen seit circa einem halben Jahr zusammen in der Wohnung. Abends kochen wir gerne zusammen und trinken ein Glas Wein - des Öfteren laden wir auch Freunde zu uns ein.
Wir suchen jemanden, der sich gut mit uns versteht und mit dem das Zusammenleben angenehm ist. Sauberkeit ist uns dabei wichtig.
