[ENGLISH] Your room will be available around mid January. We are looking for someone who wants to stay for at least 6 months and who is between 18 and 28 years old. Someone who can fit in well in a shared flat and who may already have experience in shared flats and who is clean and tidy.
In the flat there are 3 bedrooms and 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom to share.
Your future room is about 20 square metres. In the room there is a double bed, a large wardrobe, one drawers, a couch and a small table. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, an oven and a big fridge.
[DEUTSCH] Dein Zimmer wird am mitte Januar frei. Wir suchen jemanden, der mindesten 6 Monaten bleiben will und der zwischen 18 und 28 Jahre alt ist. Jemanden der sich gut in eine WG einfügen kann und der vielleicht schon Erfahrungen in WGs gesammelt hat und der sauber und ordentlich ist.
In der Wohnung gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 Küche und 1 Badezimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat ca. 20 qm. Im Zimmer stehen ein Doppelbett, ein großer Schrank, ein Kommode, eine Couch und ein kleiner Tisch. In der Küche befinden sich eine Waschmaschine, ein Backofen und ein großer Kühlschrank.
[ENGLISH] The flat is located in Altstadt on the 2nd floor. The location could not be better. It is three minutes to the Main and the Hauptwache. The Zeil is not far away (Rewe, Dm and all the shops,...). You can take the underground (U4 and U5 Dom/Römer) and the tram (11, 12, 14).
[DEUTSCH] Die Wohnung liegt in Altstadt in 2. Stock. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Zum Main und an der Hauptwache sind es drei Minuten. Die Zeil ist nicht weit weg (Rewe, Dm und alle Geschäfte,...). Du kannst mit der U-Bahn (U4 und U5 Dom/Römer) und der Tram (11, 12, 14) fahren.
[ENGLISH] Baptiste (Cyber Security Consultant) and Nikki (Real Estate) stay in the flat. We like to eat and cook together. We do sports (climbing, gym). And we often meet or invite friends. It is important for us to do activities together with you. This doesn't mean that we are together 24/7 and everyone can stay in his/her room when he/she wants. We attach great importance to cleanliness and order.
[DEUTSCH] In der Wohnung bleiben Baptiste (Cyber Security Consultant) und Nici (Real Estate). Wir essen und kochen gern zusammen. Wir treiben Sport (gym, joggen, klettern), und treffen, bzw. laden gerne Freunde ein. Für uns ist es wichtig, dass wir Aktivitäten zusammen mit dir machen. Das heißt aber nicht, dass wir 24/7 aufeinander sitzen, sondern jeden kann sich zurückziehen wie und wann er will. Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung.

Zu guter Letzt, wir haben eine Putzfrau, die alle 2 Wochen für 20 € putzt.
