Dein Zimmer ist besonders groß, einmal weil es 20m2 hat aber auch eine Deckenhöhe von 3,4m! Unsere schöne 5er Wg ist sehr groß. Es gibt einen langen Flur, 1 Bad und ein extra WC, eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Esstisch und einen kleinen aber sehr schön hergerichteten Balkon im Flur den alle benutzen können. Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden! Es kann 2 oder 3 Monate gemietet werden!
Your room is particularly large, once because it has 20m2 but also a ceiling height of 3.4m! Our beautiful 5-person apartment is very large. There is a long hallway, 1 bathroom and an extra toilet, a communal kitchen with dining table and a small but very nicely decorated balcony in the hallway that all can use. U can rent the room with furniture or without! U can rent it for 2 or 3 month!
Da du nur 4 Minuten zur Konstablerwache brauchst bist du perfekt angebunden und braucht überall hin nur einige Minuten.
Dein Zimmer liegt im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und ist somit absolut ruhig.

Your room is located in the back of the apartment and is therefore absolutely quiet.
Es handelt sich um eine Berufstätigen-WG und alle 4 Mitbewohner*innen befinden sich im Homeoffice. Daher ist es wichtig aufeinander Rücksicht zu nehmen und vor allem zwischen 23 Uhr abends und 07 Uhr morgens ruhig zu sein.
Wir erwarten einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander ohne Diskriminierung, gegenseitiges Verständnis und Rücksichtnahme.
