The room is 16 square meters, has a practical layout and is furnished with an open wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, desk/chair, couch, side table, and carpet.
Two large windows provide plenty of light, the ceilings are nice and high and the mosaic parquet floor gives the room a pleasant warmth.
In our kitchen you can sit together without any problems and everything is provided for cooking - dishwasher and washing machine are available.
In addition, you can make yourself comfortable in the morning with a coffee on our shared balcony.
Downtown, right on the Main, 2 minutes to the water, 5 minutes to the cathedral and the old town.
The next Aldi is only 5 minutes away, Rewe about 10 minutes and Gorillas delivers in ~10 minutes.
We have an S-Bahn connection at Konstablerwache. About a 10 minute walk away. U-bahn at the Römer in 5 minutes. Bus and tram stops just outside.
Our flat share life was always super relaxed. It would be great if you kept that :)
We have a cleaning lady that helps us in the apartment twice a month but there is still a certain sense of order/cleanliness among us.
