Hallo an Alle! Wir sind Mareike, Dalwin und Bruce und suchen ab dem 15.September ein*e neue*n Mitbewohner*in.
Unsere Wohnung hat 2 Etagen. Das angebotene Zimmer befindet sich im offenen Bereich der oberen Etage, wo es noch ein anderes Zimmer gibt.
Es ist ein Dachzimmer mit schrägen Wänden. Der Raum ist auf der einen Seite, zur Treppe hin offen und hat keine Tür. Wir dürfen in dem Bereich keine neuen Wände einziehen: man könnte aber den Raum problemlos mit Stellwänden, Schränken oder einem Vorhang abgrenzen, sodass man nicht reinschauen kann. Grundsätzlich läuft nur die Person daran vorbei, die das andere Zimmer in der oberen Etage hat.
Durch die beiden Dachfenster kommt sehr viel Licht und das Zimmer bleibt im Winter noch schön warm. Im Sommer können beide Fenster aufgemacht werden, damit viel frische und kühle Luft in das Zimmer kommt.
Wir kochen, reden und musizieren gerne und sind alle sehr kreative und offene Menschen.
Our apartment has two floors. The room is an open space on the upper floor of our apartment, next to another room.
It is a room under the roof, the walls are inclined. The room is open on one side and does not have a door. We are not allowed to build a wall in that area, but the room could be easily closed off with movable walls, closets/shelves and/or a curtain. It is not a room that everyone walks past. Only the person who is staying in the other upstairs room will use the stairs and thereby walk past the room.
Through the roof windows the room is very light and stays warm in winter. In summer both windows can be opened for good ventilation of fresh air in the room.
We like to cook, have conversations and jam sessions and are openminded and creative people.
Unsere Wohnung ist sehr zentral:
-5 min. zu Fuß bis U-Bahn Station Zoo
-6 min. zu Fuß bis Strassenbahn Haltstelle Hessendenkmal
-8 min. zu Fuß bis U-Bahn Station Merianplatz
-10 Min. zu Fuß bis Konstablerwache.
Genau vor uns ist ein Park (die Friedberger Anlage). Den Park können wir von unserer Küche, Balkon und dem Wohnzimmer sehen. 4 min. zu Fuß erreicht man den Bethmannpark und die Berger Straße, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants etc. gibt.
* The location of our apartment is very central:
- 5 min walking to U-Bahn station Zoo
- 6 min walking to Straßenbahn station Hessendenkmal
- 8 min walking to U-bahn station Merianplatz
-10 min walking to Konstablerwache
There is a park (Friedberger Anlage) just infront of the apartment. We can see it from our kitchen, balcony and living room. The Bethmannpark and Berger Straße with its stores, bars and restaurants are 4 min away.

Wir sind eine ruhige und fröhliche WG.
Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich und hat viel Platz. Wir haben einen Esstisch in einem großen Wohnzimmer, eine "Bar" mit 2 Barhockern vor der Küche und einen Balkon.
Wir sind Mareike, Dalwin und Bruce und wohnen seit Mai 2022 zusammen.
Bruce kommt aus Chile, arbeitet in einer hippen Bar und hat oft eigene Projekte im digitalen Bereich.
Mareike lebt ihren Traum und studiert Medizin.
Dalwin studiert Curatorial Studies in Frankfurt und arbeitet in einem Frankfurter Kunstmuseum.
Tagsüber sind wir meistens weg oder im Zimmer und lernen oder arbeiten.
Oft kommen Freunde oder Familie zu Besuch, manchmal kochen oder trinken wir alle zusammen.
Bei uns kann man sein, wer man ist: wichtig für uns ist eine offene Komunikation.
Uns ist Sauberkeit und Ordnung sehr wichtig, vor allem in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen der Wohnung. Aber klar, wir haben auch immer viel zu tun und ein wenig Unordnung ist vollkommen ok.

We are a calm and happy WG.
The apartment has alot of space. We especially enjoy the common space, we have a table to eat in the living room, a "bar" with two bar chairs at entrance of the kitchen, and a small balcony.
We are Mareike, Bruce and Dalwin live together since May 2022.
Bruce is from Chile and works in a cool Bar and have quite often some digital Projects.
Mareike is living her dream and studies medicine.
Dalwin studies Curatorial Studies and works in a Art museum in Frankfurt.
During the day we are usually gone or in our rooms, studying or working. Sometimes we also working in the living room.
With us you can be who you are: Open communication is important to us.
A clean apartment is important to us. But of course, we all have alot to do so a little bit of "temporary disorder" is tolerated.
