A beautiful room is available for long term (1-year contract, negotiable) in the heart of the city.
The apartment is shared with one other person. (Currently shared by a female flatmate).
The house is fully furnished along with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge included).
The shared washroom is spacious, bright, and clean.
Located on a 2 mins walk away from Marienplatz U-Bahn station and Penny for all your household and grocery needs.
There are several bakeries, cafes, and cute shops within a short distance of the house, while the house itself is situated in a quiet, safe, and peaceful lane.
The second room may be available soon for renting out too, so if you want to move in with your partner or friend, that would be possible.
This apartment has been lucky for me, but unfortunately, I'm leaving the city and finding someone responsible for taking over my room.
City registration (Anmeldung) is possible.

Ein schönes Zimmer ist für langfristige (1-Jahres-Vertrag, verhandelbar) im Herzen der Frankfurter Innenstadt zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung wird mit einer weiteren Person geteilt. (Derzeit von einer Mitbewohnerin geteilt).
Das Haus ist voll möbliert zusammen mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank enthalten).
Der gemeinsame Waschraum ist geräumig, hell und sauber.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station Marienplatz und Penny für alle Ihre Haushalts- und Lebensmittelbedürfnisse entfernt.
Es gibt mehrere Bäckereien, Cafés und nette Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses, während das Haus selbst in einer ruhigen, sicheren und friedlichen Gasse liegt.
Das zweite Zimmer wird vielleicht bald auch vermietet, so dass Sie mit Ihrem Partner oder Freund zusammenziehen können.
Diese Wohnung war ein Glücksfall für mich, aber leider verlasse ich die Stadt und suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernimmt.
Eine Anmeldung bei der Stadt ist möglich.
