The room that becomes available is the largest in the shared apartment and is very well laid out. It was only deleted a few months ago. Most of the time you have sun and lots of daylight in the room. Nevertheless, it is not too loud here.
The shared apartment is well equipped with everything you need: dishwasher (always very convenient in a shared apartment!), Washing machine, and all kitchen appliances you could need.
The heart of the shared apartment is the eat-in kitchen, which is big enough to get together with a few people, to eat together, or to drink a few beers.
everything is included in the final rent amount.
There is also a backyard and garden where the bike can be parked.
there is a little garden just outside of the flat when you can sit and hang out. the river is quite near where you can there by foot. shopping center (e.g Netto), you can get there on foot. overall, there is always peace around us so you will like to stay in a noiseless environment.
transportation is really good. you can get to the S-Bahn station in 5 min, and to Bus-station in 3 min by walking distance.. If you need something a little later, there are also several kiosks right around the corner.
well, if you are looking for peace, then it is the perfect place for you.
there is also a garden downside where you can sit and chill out.
The location is really good as I said, things are nearby so you can easily get to the shopping center(E.g Netto,lidl).
The house community is very nice and helpful if you need help with anything.
What is also important is that the landlord attaches importance to positive Schufa (solicitar ahora) (request now) information.
