ca. 18-19 pm2 Zimmer. Eingebaute Klimaanlage vorhanden, sodass du im Sommer nicht schwitzen musst. Möbel kannst du bei Interesse haben, ansonsten verkaufe ich sie auch gerne weiter :). Zwar kein Balkon vorhanden, aber du kannst beide Fenster öffnen und hast dort ein wenig Platz um Blumen hinzustellen.

The room is approx. 18-19 cm squared. Huge perk!: Built-in air conditioning available so you don't have to sweat in summer. You can have furniture if you are interested, otherwise I am happy to sell it :). There is tiny balcony ledge, but you which has a a little space there to put flowers.

Hinter der Bahnschranke, Höhe des Bäckers und der Bank. Von hier aus läufst du 10 Minuten zur s-Bahn und bist damit in 8 Minuten am HBF. Die Straßenbahn ist ca. 15 Minuten Laufen entfernt, falls der Zug mal nicht fahren sollte, sehr praktisch. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße. Der Rebstockpark ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß und in unter 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Ideal im Sommer dort zu Grillen oder eine Runde Joggen zu gehen. Der Rewe und Lidl in der Nähe sind in ca. 10 Minuten ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es leben nur Familien mit Kindern oder junge Pärchen hier im Gebäudekomplex & Nebenan (also generell eine Ruhige Atmosphäre). Alles super nette Leute, wenn du jedoch eher auf Party's stehst, wahrscheinlich nicht deine Gegend oder Ecke :). Ein Bäcker, Hausarzt und Bank sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar, die nächste Post in 10 M.

Behind the railway barrier and very close to both a bakery and the bank. With as little as a 10 minute walk you will reach the S-Bahn and are at the main station in 8 minutes. The strassenbahn is about a 15 minute walk away in case the train shouldn't run, which is very convenient. A bus stop is right in front of the house on the street. The Rebstockpark can be reached in 20 minutes on foot and in under 10 minutes by bike, and another lake park is within 5 minutes. Ideal for barbecuing or jogging there in summer. The nearby Rewe and Lidl can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Only families with children or young couples live here in the building complex & next door (so generally a quiet atmosphere). All super nice people, but if you're more into parties, probably not the right fit :). A bakery, family doctor and bank can be reached in 2 minutes, the next post office in 10 meters.

Da ich berufstätig bin, wäre es natürlich klasse, wenn du in einer ähnlichen Situation wärst, da ein gleicher Tagesrhythmus das Zusammenleben schon wesentlich erleichtert.

Kein Kellerabteil vorhanden, dafür ein kleiner Dachboden der vom Flur aus betreten werden kann. Dein Fahrrad kannst du draußen vor der Tür abstellen, da ist ein kleiner Fahrradständer. Mein Fahrrad stand dort das ganze Jahr über, ist nichts mit passiert :).

There is an attic included with the apartment that allows for additional storage. And just outside the apartment front door is a bike stand that is very safe to park your bike :).
SPECIAL NOTE: The 40 EUR charge is for Wifi and Electricity. Die 40 EUR Gebühr ist für Wifi und Strom.
