Ein großes möbliertes Zimmer in einer Zweizimmer-Wohngemeinschaft, verfügbar ab 1. Juli 2023
Das Zimmer ist lebhaft, aber auch sehr ruhig, wenn man das Fenster wegen der Seitenstraße schließt. Es ist ein rechteckiges Zimmer, mit viel Platz, und ist hell und sonnig. Es wird möbliert vermietet: Bett 140x200 cm mit Matratze, Beistelltisch mit Lampe, ausziehbarer Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, und ein großer Kleiderschrank.
Die Küche ist ebenfalls groß und geräumig:
-Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung. Auch ein Trockner ist im Keller vorhanden.
Die Gesamtwarmmiete des Zimmers beträgt 530€ (diese kann sich aufgrund der aktuellen Inflation erhöhen, muss einmal mit dem Hauseigentümer abgeklärt werden). In der Warmmiete sind Wasser, Strom, Heizung, etc. enthalten.
Außerdem sind zusätzlich 15€ pro Monat für das Internet zu zahlen.

One big furnished room in a two-room shared apartment, available from July 1st, 2023
The room is lively but also very quiet if you close the window because of the side street. It is a rectangular room, with a lot of space, and is bright and sunny. It is for rent furnished: bed 140x200 cm with mattress, side table with lamp, extensible desk with chair, and a huge wardrobe.
The kitchen is large and spacious as well:
-Fitted kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine to share. There is also a dryer available in the cellar.
The total warm rent of the room is 530€ (this might increase due to current inflation, have to confirm with the house owner once). The warm rent includes water, electricity, heating, etc.
Apart from that an additional 15€ per month for the internet has to be paid.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Niederrad. Die nächstgelegene S-Bahn ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Bus oder in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Straßenbahnhaltestellen in der Nähe, mit denen man den Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof in 15 Minuten und die Hauptwache in 20 Minuten erreichen kann.
Die nächstgelegenen Supermärkte sind Penny und Rewe, beide sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es gibt einen direkten Bus, der Sie in 15-20 Minuten zum Frankfurter Flughafen bringt.

The apartment is located in Niederrad. The near nearest s-Bahn can be reached in 5 mins by bus or 10 mins by foot. Also, there are multiple tram stops nearby by which you can reach frankfurt hbf in 15 mins, Hauptwache in 20 mins.
The nearest supermarkets are penny and Rewe, both can be reached by 5 mins walk.
There is a direct bus which takes you to Frankfurt airport in 15-20 mins.
Das andere Zimmer ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt ziemlich leer, da das Mädchen, das es gemietet hat, nicht so oft hier wohnt. Sie werden das Haus also die meiste Zeit für sich allein haben. Aber sie plant, bald auszuziehen, da sie ihren Job wechselt, dann kannst du entscheiden, wer dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner sein soll!!!

The other room is pretty much empty at this point as the girl who rented doesn't live here that much. So you will have the house for yourself for most of the time. But she is planning to leave soon as she is changing her job, then you can decide who your future roommate should be!!

Außerdem ist mein Deutsch nicht sehr gut, so dass ich Englisch bevorzuge.
