Wir suchen zum 01. Juni 2024 einen Ersatz für unseren lieben Mitbewohner. Frei wird ein ca. 11 qm großes, unmöbliertes Zimmer mit viel Nachmittagssonne, das über ein Doppelfenster an einen großen Balkon grenzt. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG, hat insgesamt etwa 75 qm und befindet sich zwar in einem Riegel aus den 50ern, wurde aber vor weniger als zehn Jahren umfangreich modernisiert. Es gibt (begrenztes) Lagervolumen auf dem Dachboden und im Keller, inkl. einem trockenen und abschließbaren Stellplatz für dein Fahrrad. Das Zimmer wird von einer unkomplizierten und zuverlässigen Privatperson vermietet.
We are looking for a replacement for our dear roommate as of June 01, 2024. The room-in-question is approx. 11 sqm, unfurnished, gets lots of afternoon sun and has a double window adjoining a large balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor, has a total of about 75 sqm and is located in a block from the 50s, but was extensively modernized less than ten years ago. There is (limited) storage space available in the attic and basement, including a dry and lockable spot for your bike. The room is rented out by an uncomplicated and reliable private landlord
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Adolf-Miersch-Str., der anderen Lebensader Niederrads, fußläufig zu sechs Supermärkten, einem Späti und einer zunehmenden Zahl von Cafés und Restaurants. In der direkten Umgebung liegen fünf Parks/Grünanlagen, sowie der Stadtwald samt Waldstadion; ein mittellanger Spaziergang bringt einen an den Main. Über den S-Bahnhof Niederrad ist man schnell am Hbf bzw. auf dem Weg zum Flughafen(bahnhof) und nach Mainz/Wiesbaden; die Tram 12 und der Bus 78 fahren fast direkt vor der Tür ab. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man in unter 10 min zum Uniklinikum, in unter 15 min zum S-Bahnhof Louisa (Umstieg nach Langen/Darmstadt), in 20 Minuten zum Schweizer Platz und in unter 30 min auf die Zeil. Parkplätze sind Mangelware.
The apartment is located directly on Adolf-Miersch-Str., Niederrad's other lifeline, within walking distance of six supermarkets, a Späti and an increasing number of cafés and restaurants. There are five parks/green spaces in the immediate vicinity, as well as the city forest and Waldstadion; a medium-length walk takes you to the Main. The Niederrad S-Bahn station takes you to the main station, the airport (train station) and Mainz/Wiesbaden; streetcar 12 and bus 78 stop directly outside the building. It takes less than 10 minutes by bike to the university hospital, less than 15 minutes to the Louisa S-Bahn station (change to Langen/Darmstadt), 20 minutes to Schweizer Platz and less than 30 minutes to the Zeil. Parking spaces for cars are in short supply.
Du ziehst in eine Berufstätigen-WG zu Doro und Lorenzo. Doro ist Lebenswissenschaftlerin kurz vor der Promotion. Sie backe gerne für alle um sie herum und ist gerne unterwegs um Freunde in ganz Deutschland zu besuchen. Lorenzo arbeitet als Handelsvertreter, im Maschinenbaubereich. 2 Wochen pro Monat ist er beruflich unterwegs, meistens in Deutschland aber auch in Niederlanden, Belgien, Österreich und der Schweiz. Wenn er zuhause ist, arbeitet er im Homeoffice und kocht gerne. Er mache super gerne Sport, trainiert 4 mal pro Woche mit Calisthenics und fährt gerne Rad. Am Wochenende geht er mit Freunden Techno feiern oder verbringt Zeit in Pubs.
Wir suchen eine Nichtraucherin ohne (freilaufende Säuger-)Haustiere.
You'll be moving into a flat share with Doro and Lorenzo. Doro is a life scientists shortly before completing her doctorate. She likes to bake, share the pastry with everyone around her and likes to travel to meet with friends in all over Germany. Lorenzo is a sales rep in mechanical engineering. He is traveling about 2 weeks per month and spends the other 2 in home office. When he's at home he likes to cook, do sports and go techno partying with friends.
We are looking for a non-smoker without (free-roaming mammalian) pets.
