Das Zimmer selbst nicht sehr groß, aber gut geschnitten und zweckmäßig möbliert (1.40 breites Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und trotzdem noch Platz). Zudem hat man im Rest der Wohnung genug Platz, um sich zu verlaufen. ;-)
The room itself is not very big, but the furniture (1.40m bed, desk, wardrobe) has been arranged to make most use of the space available. Plus, the rest of the flat is quite spacious.
Von der Lage her ist die Wohnung Teil eines Neubau-Komplexes in der Bürostadt (Stadtteil Niederrad) und sowohl für Öffis- (5 min zu S-Bahn-Station Frankfurt Niederrad bzw. StraBa Linie 12) als auch Auto-Nutzer (5min zur Autobahnauffahrt A5) bestens gelegen (auch Radfahrer sind in 15min im Stadtzentrum). Ab S-Bahnhof Niederrad ist man dann je nach Richtung in 5 Minuten am Hbf oder Flughafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Laufreichweite: Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Denn's Biomarkt, DM sind in der Nähe, Post, ein paar Restaurants etc. gibt es auch.
The flat is located in Frankfurt Niederrad, public transport (S-Bahn, Straßenbahn) can be reached within a 5-minute walk. There are a number of shops in a nearby, so we don't have to go hungry. ;-)
Wir sind eine Berufstätigen-WG in Niederrad. Die Wohnung ist echt schick da Neubau und als Penthouse-Wohnung verspricht sie natürlich eine großzügige Dachterasse mit Blick auf die eintrudelnden Flugzeuge über dem Wald.
The house has been built recently, hence the flat has a modern look & facilities. As we are on the top floor, we're sure you'll enjoy the view from the large balcony.
Es wäre schön, wenn du dich aktiv mit ins WG-Leben einbringen kannst, gemeinsam Kochen, Grillen, Filmabende und auch gern mal die eine oder andere Party (auch wenn wir alle bodenständig sind/im Beruf stehen) machen das Leben schöner.
It would be great if you contribute to making life more enjoyable in our flat. Activities such as cooking, movie nights, a chat after a long work-day etc are always more fun together.
Neben den Zimmern der Bewohner hat die Wohnung ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine wunderschöne Terrasse (Südwestseite). Praktisch sind zudem: Spülmaschine, 2 Bäder (kein Stau in der Frühe), Abstellkammer (Staubsauger etc. müssen nicht irgendwo herumstehen)
Besides the individual rooms, the flat has a spacious living room and a wonderful terrace towards southwest.
Furthermore, it's very practical that the flat has: a dishwashing machine, 2 bathrooms and a storage room
