wir vermieten ab 23. Februar bis 31. März 2018 ein schönes, lichtdurchflutetes, 16 qm großes Zimmer mit einem Balkon.
Tobias ist für diese Zeit im Ausland und vermiete das Zimmer komplett möbliert.
ZIMMER UND WOHNUNG
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Kleiderschrank (100x60x236cm), einem Schreibtisch, einem Fernseher [mit Apple TV], einer Musik-Anlage und Boxen, Fernsehtisch, Regal, Lampe, Stuhl und ein Schlafsofa/Bett ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, hat hellbraunes Nussbaumlaminat und über 3,20 Meter hohe Decken sowie einen kleinen Balkon.
Die Wohnung hat eine große (Wohn-)Küche und ein viel zu großes Bad.
Das weiss gekachelte Bad (ca. 14 qm) hat eine separate Dusche und eine Badewanne sowie zwei Waschbecken... damit man sich im Bad schön ausbreiten kann. Im Badezimmer steht auch die Waschmaschine.
Durch die große Wohnküche (ca. 16 qm) gelangt man auf den zweiten, größeren Balkon (Morgen- und Mittagssonne). Die Küche hat ein Induktionskochfeld, einen geräumigen Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine. An den großen Tisch mit bequemen Stühlen passen einige Gäste für gemütliche Abende.
Telefon (Festnetz)- und Internet-Flat sind auch dabei.

We are renting out a 16 sqm fully furnished room in a nice flat in Frankfurt (Nordend Ost area).
The room is available from 23rd of February to the 31st March 2018. A beautiful, light-flooded room with a balcony.
Toby is abroad for this time.
ROOM AND APARTMENT
The room is equipped with a wardrobe (100x60x236cm), a desk, a TV [with Apple TV], a music system and speakers, TV table, shelf, lamp, chair and a sofa bed / bed.
The room is 16 square meters, has light brown walnut laminate and over 3.20 meter high ceilings and a small balcony.
The apartment has a large (living) kitchen and a much too large bathroom.
The white tiled bathroom (about 14 square meters) has a separate shower, a bathtub and two sinks... so you can easily relax in the bathroom. The washing machine is also in the bathroom.
Through the large kitchen (about 16 square meters) you can get to the second, larger balcony (morning and midday sun). The kitchen has an induction hob, a spacious fridge and a dishwasher. The large table with comfy chairs has enough space for guests for cosy evenings or warm ups. ☺
Internet is included.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im schönen und urbanen Nordend Ost.
In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen. Die Berger Straße ist um die Ecken und der Friedberger Platz/Markt auch nur paar Fußminuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (3 x REWE, NETTO, Aldi, Penny, Gemüse- und Feinkosthändler, Bäckereien) befinden sich ebenso in nächster Umgebung wie Wäschereien, Apotheken, eine 24/7-Tankstelle usw. usw.
Vor der Tür fahren die Tram (Straßenbahn) der Linie 12 und 18 und der Bus 30 und n4. Die Innenstadt (Konstablerwache) ist in 4 Min. mit der Bahn und in ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
LOCATION
The apartment is super centrally located in the beautiful and urban Nordend East.
Near the apartment there are many great restaurants, bars and pubs. The “Berger Straße” is around the corners and the “Friedberger Platz / Markt” only a few minutes walk.
Supermarkets (Retailers 3 x REWE, NETTO, Aldi, Penny), vegetable and delicatessen stores, bakeries, convenience store etc. are also around as laundries, pharmacies, a 24/7 gas station, etc. etc.
Just outside the door is a public transportation station “Rohrbachstraße / Friedberger Landstraße” with access to the tramline 12, 18 and bus 30, n4. The city center (“Konstablerwache”) can be reached in 5 minutes by tram/train/bus (https://www.rmv.de/auskunft/bin/jp/query.exe/en) and in about 10-15 minutes by foot.
Eurer potentieller Mitbewohner, Will, würde sich freuen, wenn man abends (ab und an mal) zusammen kocht oder ein Glas Wein/Bierchen trinkt und auch sonst für gemeinsame Unternehmungen offen ist.
Er kommt aus Australien und daher wäre es wichtig, dass ihr Englisch sprecht ;)
