Ich suche eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell. Durch die Lage der Wohnung hin zum Innenhof, ist es bei uns trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Das Nordend ist die wohl beliebteste Gegend für junge Leute, da es hier durch die vielen Cafés und Restaurants sehr lebendig ist. Außerdem ist der Stadtteil extrem freundlich und man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre Majo, eine 27-jährige Frau, die an der Frankfurt School im Bereich "environmental finance" arbeitet. Sie ist eine unglaublich angenehme und tolle Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, wobei es einen Aufzug im Haus gibt, der beim Umzug (und an unsportlichen Tagen) sehr hilfreich ist.
Die Miete beinhaltet Wärme, Strom und Internet.
Bitte kontaktiert mich nur, wenn ihr zum 1.12.21 einziehen möchtet. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zwischenmiete und das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a flat shared between two. The room has two big windows and is very quiet even though we live in a lively neighbourhood. The Nordend is one of the most popular areas to live in for young adults. It has various cafés and restaurants with cuisines from all around the world and above all is extremely friendly.
You will be sharing bathroom, kitchen and balcony with Majo, who is a consultant in environmental finance. She has been the best room mate I could have asked for.
The flat is on the 3rd floor- but no worries, for your move (or on lazy days) you can make use of the elevator in the building.
The rent includes electrics, heat and internet.
Please only contact me if you are interested in moving in 1st December 2021. The room will be unfurnished.
Die Haltestelle Friedberger Platz ist eine Minute entfernt. Von dort aus benötigt man fünf Minuten mit der Straßenbahn 12, 18 oder dem Bus 30. Es gibt einen Aldi, Rewe und Denn's Biomarkt in unmittelbarer Laufnähe.
The station Friedberger Platz is 1 minute away. It takes 5 minutes to Konstablerwache via Tram or bus. There are Aldi, Rewe and Denn's Biomarkt in close walking distance.
Majo ist aus Costa Rica, hat aber in verschiedenen Ländern wie z.B. Frankreich und Kanada studiert. Sie spricht Englisch, Spanisch, Französisch und Japanisch. Da sie erst dieses Jahr nach Deutschland gezogen ist, arbeitet sie noch an ihrem Deutsch.
Sie kocht gerne, geht joggen und macht und hört gerne Musik. Als ihre aktuelle Mitbewohnerin kann ich versichern, dass sie eine der nettesten Menschen ist, mit der man sehr viel Spaß haben kann.
Majo is a 27 year old woman working in environmental finance. While she is from Costa Rica, she has studied in various countries such as France and Canada. She speaks English, Spanish, French and Japanese. She moved to Germany this year, which is why she is working on her German skills.
She likes cooking, running and is a lot into music. As her current flat mate I can say that she‘s one of the nicest people and so much fun!
