We are renting a very bright room with a private balcony on Günthersburgalllee, Nordend-Ost. This is an old building which has been completely renovated over the last couple of years. The room is approximately 12m². We are looking for people who are interested in renting either over the summer (July and August) or long term.
The apartment is located near the city center. There is a bus stop across the street and the U-Bahn (Höhenstraße) is only 5 minutes away. Friedberger Landstraße and Berger Straße, are also a couple minutes away. Here you will find plenty of stores, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Berger Straße is also home to a bi-weekly farmers' market. Günthersburgpark is very easy to reach from here, as well as the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
You will be sharing the apartment with 3 other (male) flatmates: 1 from Spain, 1 from Italy, and 1 from Germany, with ages ranging from 28 to 40 years old. We are all working in Frankfurt. We communicate in Italian, Spanish, English and German. The gender of the applicant is not important, neither is his/her age. However, we would like to bring someone in who is mature, respectful and clean. We take order and cleanliness very seriously and we expect you to be like-minded.
