Ich bin Miriam, leider werde ich bis Ende des Monats aus meinem Zimmer ausziehen, und meine tollen Mitbewohner/innen Sarah, Rocco und Daniele suchen ab dem 1. September eine nette, lustige und offene Person.
Es ist einfach das schönste Viertel Frankfurts!
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Flur, eine große und helle Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, ein Gäste-WC und die vier Zimmer.
Dein Zimmer ist sehr hell und groß(ca. 20 qm), mit hoher Decke und Stuck an den Wänden und der Decke. Es hat einen schönen Holzboden und ein großes Fenster. Das zimmer ist unmöbliert. Die neuen Möbel (ca. 6 Monate alt) könnten von dir übernommen werden.
Das wären:
- Bett 160x200cm
- Kleiderschrank mit 3 Türen und einem Spiegel,
- Kleiderschrank mit 2 Türen,
- Regaleinheit,

Hello there!
I am Miriam, unfortunately I will leve my room by the end of the month and my amazing flatmates Sarah, Rocco and Daniele are looking for a nice, funny, clean person from the 1st of September.
The flat has a big and bright kitchen, a bathroom with bath-tube and shower, a guest toilet and 4 single rooms.
The room that is available is bright and huge (about 20mq), with a very high ceiling. It has also a very nice wooden floor. The room is unfurnished. The new forniture (circa 6 moths old) could be taken over by the new tenant. It consists of:
- Bed 160x200cm
- Wardrobe with 3 doors and a central mirror,
- Wardrobe with 2 doors,
- Shelving unit.

The flat is big and bright and it is located in a very nice and vibrant area of the city: 2 min from Berger Platz, 10 min from Berger Strasse, 15 min from the Zeil. In the area you will find shops, restaurants and bars, grocery shops, pharmacies and public transportation (U4, U5).

Die Wohnung ist groß und hell und befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Friedberger Platz! Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. 1 Min. vom Friedberger Platz, 10 min vom Güntersburgpark, 10 Min. von der Bergerstraße, 15 Min. zur Konstablerwache/Zeil und dass zu Fuß. In der Umgebung gibt es einen Haufen Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, Apotheken und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U4, U5, Tram und Bus).

Wir sind alle lockere und nette Menschen, immer offen für ein Gespräch und ein Glas Wein.
Sarah, aus Frankfurt, ein süßes und ruhiges Mädchen, liebt Tiere, fotografiert und arbeitet in der Kleinmarkthalle.
Rocco, italienischer Abstammung, in Deutschland aufgewachsen, arbeitet in der Finanzbranche und ist ein lustiger und gemütlicher Typ, der in seiner Freizeit gerne Mukke macht und gerne reist.
Daniele, aus Italien, netter Kerl, leidenschaftlicher Musiker und Konzertbesucher, arbeitet in einer Eisdiele nebenan.
