Großes, helles, vollmöbliertes Zimmer, in 2-Personen WG, ab dem 01.06.2021, im schönen und lebhaften Nordend-Ost von Frankfurt am Main, an Einzelperson zu vermieten. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert.
Bitte beachten, dass eine vertragliche Vertragslaufzeit von mindestens 12 Monaten verankert sein wird, welche für die reguläre Kündigung gilt. Für die außerordentliche Kündigung die für Notfälle vorgesehen ist, gilt die drei Monatskündigungsfrist. Diese wird durch entsprechenden Nachweis des Notfalls wirksam.
Als MitbewohnerIn, suchen wir eineN voll berufstätigeN aufgeschlosseneN MitbewohnerIn, mit geregelten Arbeitszeiten (Ohne Schichtdienst). Gerne auch InteressentInnen aus dem Ausland, in festem Angestelltenverhältnis. Bitte beachten - nicht für Studenten.
Das Zimmer ist ein sehr großes, und gemütliches Zimmer mit ca. 26 QM., zzgl. Bad & Küche jeweils ca. 10 QM. + Flur ca. 7 QM. und Blick in die Hinterhöfe und Gärten des Viertels.
Die Wohnung hat als Möblierung einen großen Kleider-Schrank und Bett, die restlichen Möbel auf den Bilder sind vom ausziehenden Mieter angeschafft worden, und können gegen Bezahlung übernommen werden, müssen aber nicht.

In Nordend-Ost (n.Downtown-City), approx. 2 minutes walking distance to Merianplatz (Bergerstrasse) (U4 subway), approx. 1 minutes walking distance to Friedbergerplatz (bus & tram) and approx. 8 walking distance to Zeil (Konstablerwache-Frankfurt Downtown).
Der Blick geht in den super schönen Terrassen Garten der mit Feigenbäumen begrünt ist mit sagenhafter Terrasse die auch mit Garnituren ausgestattet ist, somit kann man bei schönem Wetter draußen sitzen, essen usw. auf einer 45 QM Terrasse unter Feigenbäumen und umrahmt von Magnolien und Hortensien:-). Ab diesem Jahr verfügen wir auch über Sportgeräte.
The house has a nice garden which is planted with fig trees with a fabulous terrace which is also equipped with tables and benches, so you can sit outside in good weather, eat etc. From this year there is also sport equipment available.
Bitte beachten, die Miete beträgt €610.- inklusive aller Betriebs- und Nebenkosten. Hier sind auch Heizung und Warmwasser schon inklusive und werden nicht wie z.B. bei Wohnungen mit Gas Etagenheizungen monatlich über die Gas- und Stromrechnung bezahlt. Netto €535.- zzgl. €75. (je Wohneinheit)
Ca. €40 sind der Verbrauch für Strom und 250 Mbit Internet. Deshalb haben wir als Endsumme ca. 650.-€ eingetragen.
