Ich biete mein super helles und möbliertes Zimmer (Bett, Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, Fernsehen und ein Sessel) an. Für die Möbel wird keine Ablöse verlangt, da sie vom Vermieter gestellt sind.
In der Wohnung gibt es noch 2 weitere WG-Zimmer und zusätzlich haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Die Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet und beinhaltet eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine.
I offer my very nice bright and furnished room (bed, closet, dresser, desk and chair). For the furnitures you don´t have to pay anything because it is included. Your room is located upstairs which offers you more privacy at the same time in a WG.
In the apartment there are two rooms available. Additionally there is spacious living room with a big dining table for shared usage. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse der Friedbergerlandstrasse und so mit in Nähe vieler Cafes, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Friedberger Platz. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt, man hat die Möglichkeit entweder die U5 Musterschule, oder die Straßenbahn zu nehmen.
The apartment is located in a calm side street of the Friedbergerlandstrasse and therefore close to cafes, restaurants, shopping possibilities and the Friedberger Platz. With the nearby public transportation you will be quick in the city center.
The possibility is either take the underground at the U5 Musterschule or the tram.
Wir sind eine internationale Berufstätigen-WG. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG sondern trinken auch mal Bier zusammen, kochen oder schauen ein Film.
We are an international apartment, we are not only living together for the limited propose of sharing the apartment, but we like to hang out together as well. Having a beer together, cook something or watch a movie.
The first room is already available starting from now and is located in a separate floor.
Another room on the lower floor is available starting from September
