Are you a non-smoker (MATURE/ 20 - 60 year old) roommate wishing to live temporarily in my artistic and eclectic 75m2 Altbau~flat (1905), located in Frankfurt´s trendy Nordend? Ideal for short-term stays (1/2 months) ((-or up to 4/6 months for an internship/uni semester)).

The room is suitable for a clean & tidy professional and open minded roommate (M/F) who will enjoy living here & is used to shared living. It offers lots of comfort and should be seen as comfortable place to stay while seeking for a new flat to move into, or when working/studying for a specific timeframe in this great city.
You would have a large room with a loftbed facing a quiet courtyard which has two 0.90 x 2m cold-cure foam mattresses and silence reigns! The room has 3 separate spaces; a 3 seater sofa, a large bathroom & 3 closet/desk spaces. Seeking a professional person who enjoys being surrounded by original artworks, as well as sleeping in a clean bed, while enjoying his/her own space & independence. Plenty of fresh sheets & towels are supplied, as well as the use of useful kitchen appliances and tableware. Parking is rather difficult due to being such a trendy spot, but public transport is SUPER! Trams 10, 12 &18 and buses 30 & 32 are just a block away & there are several supermarkts, cafés, restaurants & parks nearby. Private home insurance/ARD bills & WLAN Internet fees are also included. Get in touch if you are interested in staying in this home which is certainly not a typical WG in Frankfurt. I often share my spaces with international roommates and can supply plenty of references.

-In today's DAILY changing world, this can be seen as a super cheap Airbnb type of place, and will surely also be seen as an 'expensive' WG - by others. Get in touch if you consider being flexible and need a clean and safe space to live in where mutual respect is tops!
-Spanish, English, French and German are fluently spoken.

-Ideal for short - term stays. Each individual need will be spoken over together beforehand in order to coordinate a personal viewing. ((€100 extra for 2nd person/ max 1 month stay))

Bist du eine/n Nichtraucher MitbewohnerIN (20- 60 Jahre alt), und magst meine künstlerische und vielseitige gestaltete Altbau~Wohnung (1905) teilen, in Frankfurts trendy Nordend, für einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt (1/ 2 Monate) ((-oder bis zu 4/6 Monate für 1 Praktikum/ Studium Semester)) ? Das Zimmer ist optimal für 1 professionelle Person & die Wohnung bietet viel Komfort während eine neue Wohnung gesucht wird oder du einziehen möchtest während du vorüberhehend in Frankfurt arbeitest/studierst. (***Zweite Person=€100 extra/max 1 Monat***).

Du hättest ein großes Zimmer mit einem Hochbett dass zwei 0,90 x 2 m Kaltschaum-Matratzen hat, wo angenehme Stille herrscht! Das Zimmer verfügt über 3 separate Flächen: eine Sofa Ecke, das Hochbett Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad mit Schreibtisch & Gartenblick. Gesucht wird 1 Person/en der/die gerne in einer Wohnung mit Originalkunstwerken wohnt und ein sauberes Zuhause vorübergehend teilen möchte, dennoch seinen eigenen Raum und Unabhängigkeit schätzt, geboten.

Viel frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie die meisten Küchengeräte und Geschirr werden großzügig zur Verfügung gestellt. Da dieser Stadtteil so Trendy geworden ist, ist parken selbst mit Einwohner Parkausweis......relativ schwierig geworden. Dafür ist der ÖV optimal!!!! Trams 10, 12 und 18 sowie Busse 30 & 32 sind nur einen Block entfernt und es gibt mehrere Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants und Parks in der Nähe. Eingeschlossen in der Miete, sind eine private Hausratversicherung/ARD-Rechnungen, sowie WLAN/ Internetgebühren.
Bitte nimm kontakt auf wenn du eine saubere, ruhige, rücksichtsvolle Person bist. Ich habe diese Räume oft mit internationalen MitbewohnerInnen geteilt und es gibt dazu einige positive Referenzen! Dies ist Keine Party oder chaotische Unterkunft, jedoch werden Gäste zum Essen sehr gerne gesehen. :-)

-Spanisch, englisch, französisch und deutsch werden fließend gesprochen.

- Das Zimmer eignet sich für relativ kurze Aufenthalte und jeder Fall wird miteinander besprochen um eine freundliche & angenehme Zeit zu verbringen.

Virtuelle Rundgänge klappen erfahrungsgemäß leider nicht, sowie auch JOB CENTER Empfänger. 😰
