Wunderschön Wohnen im Nordend! Ich vermiete kurzfristig (gerne mindestens 3 Monate; hier bin ich aber flexibel) ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung im Nordend (Rotlintstraße). Das lichtdurchflutete Zimmer ist ca. 24 qm groß und möbliert. Aus dem Fenster schaut man auf einen großzügigen Grünstreifen. Die Wohnung verfügt insgesamt über drei Zimmer und ist ca. 85 qm groß. Es gibt ein Bad mit Tageslicht und Badewanne und einen schönen großen Westbalkon (ca. 12 qm), der an die Küche grenzt. Die Küche verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Kaffeemaschine. Und auch sonst ist alles vorhanden, was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Im Flur findet sich hinter einem Vorhang noch Stauraum (Schuhregale, Wäscheständer, Staubsauger). Einen Schrank sowie Tisch und Stühle finden sich nicht auf den Fotos, stehen aber zur Verfügung.
Das zweite Zimmer wird ebenfalls vermietet. Das dritte Zimmer werde ich behalten, aber nicht bewohnen.
I am offering a room in my lovely apartment in Nordend (Rotlintstraße) with immediate effect but limited in time ( I am flexible here). The bright room is approx. 24 square meters and furnished. The room faces a wonderful green strip. The apartment has a total of three rooms and is approximately 85 square meters. There is a bathroom with daylight and a bathtub and a beautiful, large balcony (approx. 12 square meters, west direction). You will reach the balcony from the kitchen. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine. Of course, you will find everything you need for cooking. There is storage space behind a curtain in the entrance area (shoe racks, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner). A cupboard and table as well as chairs are provided if required.
I will keep one room, but mainly will not live there. The other room is also for rent.
Die Wohnung liegt im belebten Nordend nur wenige Minuten vom Friedberger Platz bzw. dem Günthersburgpark. Die Tramlinien 12 und 18 und die Buslinien 30 und 32 (Richtung EZB bzw. Goethe Universität) sind in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The apartment is located in the lively Nordend just a few minutes from Friedberger Platz and Günthersburgpark. The tram lines 12 and 18 and the bus lines 30 and 32 (direction EZB or Goethe University) can be reached in less than five minutes by foot.
Da ich bislang hier alleine gewohnt habe, besteht noch kein WG-Leben. Hier seid Ihr bei der Gestaltung frei.

Die Nachbarn im Haus sind sehr freundlich und es sind viele Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen. Zusätzlich sind zwei Rewe, ein Aldi und ein Penny Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen.
The house community is very pleasant and there are many cafés and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. In addition, two Rewe, an Aldi and a Penny supermarket are within walking distance.
