Hat man einmal die Wohnung betreten, kommt man in einen kleinen Flur von dem direkt die Küche, 3 WG Zimmer und das Bad zu erreichen sind. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß und hat eine leichte Dachschräge. Die Wände und das Fenster sind Isoliert, so das man auch im Homeoffice von hier gut arbeiten kann. Gleichzeitig bietet das Dachfenster viel Licht.
In der Küche befindet sich neben einem Kühlschrank, Kochfeld+Ofen auch eine Waschmaschine.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne.
Im Hinterhof des Hauses befinden sich sowohl Fahrradständer als auch genügend Platz zum verweilen, die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr freundlich.

Once you enter the apartment you come into a small hallway from which directly the cozy kitchen, the total of 3 shared rooms and the bathroom are accessible. The room is about 20m2 large and has a slight roof slope. The walls and the window are well insulated, so that you can also work well in the home office from here. At the same time, a large skylight offers a lot of light, which can also be darkened by a blind.
In the kitchen, in addition to a refrigerator, hob + oven, there is also a washing machine.
The bathroom is very spacious and has a bathtub.
In the backyard of the house are both bike racks and enough space to linger, the house community is very friendly.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Spohrstrasse direkt im Herzen des Nordends. Von hier ist man sowohl innerhalb weniger Stationen an der Konstablerwache als auch schnell an der Goethe Uni und direkt neben der FH. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Restaurant und Bars die zum ausgehen einladen.

The apartment is located on Spohrstrasse directly in the heart of the Nordend. From here you are both within a few stops at the Konstablerwache and quickly at the Goethe University and right next to the FH. There are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and bars that invite you to go out after Corona.
Deine zukünftigen, liebenswerten Mitbewohner sind Anfang 30 und berufstätig. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Wenn es sich ergibt, wird gemeinsam gekocht oder abgehangen. Jede*r ist aber auch mal unterwegs oder braucht Ruhe und macht die Zimmertür zu. Neben dir wohnen zwei männliche Mitbewohner in der WG die English, Deutsch und Thailändisch sprechen.

Your future, lovely flatmates are in their early 30s and work. Life in a shared flat is very relaxed. Whenever possible, we cook together or hang out. However, everyone is out and about from time to time or needs some peace and quiet and closes the room door. Besides you, there are two male flatmates who speak English, German and Thai.
