Es handelt sich um ein 15qm quadratisch geschnittenes Zimmer mit 2 Fenstern zur Friedberger Landstraße hin. Tagsüber hört man bei geöffnetem Fenster den Verkehr, nachts kann man bei geschlossenem Fenster aber problemlos schlafen. Ich selbst bin sehr geräuschempfindlich und konnte trotz Straßenbahnhaltestelle, welche sich unmittelbar vor der Haustür befindet, immer gut schlafen.
Ansonsten bietet die WG alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine, Abstellkammer, Balkon, Kühlschrank, eine voll ausgestattete Küche ( aktuell leider noch ohne Spülmaschine) sowie Internet. Du musst nichts mitbringen, es ist alles da:) Im Keller gibt es einen kleinen Abstellbereich sowie einen Fahrradraum. Ansonsten werden die Fahrräder entweder im Fahrradraum oder hinter dem Haus angekettet, wo sich auch ein kleiner Gartenbereich befindet.
The accommodation is a 15m2 square room with two windows facing Friedberger Landstraße. You can hear the traffic during the day when the window is open, but at night you can sleep easily with the window closed.
Apart from that, the shared apartment has everything you need: a washing/dryer for laundry, storage room, balcony, fridge, fully equipped kitchen, and internet. You don't have to bring anything, it’s all here :) There is a small storage area in the basement and a bicycle room. You can also lock it in the garden area out back.
There is a third room that is a shared space where we can use as a living room and a cute balcony.
Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem FH Gelände schräg gegenüber der Shell Tankstelle und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Nibelungenplatz, welche direkt in die Innenstadt durchfährt. In ca. 10 min zu Fuß ist man bei der Glauburgstraße welche bspw. zum HBF durchfährt.

The location is an absolute dream. The apartment is located right next to the FH grounds diagonally opposite the Shell petrol station and the Nibelungenplatz tram stop, which runs directly through to the city centre. Friedberger Platz is also only two stops away, or a 20 minute walk! You can reach Glauburgstraße on foot in 10 minutes, which runs through to the main station.
There are several supermarkets within walking distance (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi). There are also some fast food places nearby if you’re feeling lazy to cook. The apartment is also located between Berger Straße and Oeder Weg, where there are many cafes and restaurants.
But you can really get ANYWHERE in town very quickly by bike.

Ich arbeite Vollzeit unter der Woche und fände es schön mit jemandem zusammen zu wohnen, der auch aufschlossen ist und ab und an gerne was zusammen unternimmt.

I am a 31 year old Canadian girl from Montreal. I recently moved to Frankfurt from Stockholm for my job as an art director. I speak English, French, and Ukrainian. I am working on my German, and it would be ideal to have someone to practice with! I like to travels and visit my family and friends around the world. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the city, painting, drawing, seeing my friends, FaceTime my family and friends, swimming, biking, skiing and doing sports such as volleyball.
I am very outgoing and sociable, and enjoy having a few friends over from time to time. I enjoy going out to bars and open air events, music festivals. I work full time during the week. I would like to live with somebody who is also sociable and would like to do things together sometimes and cook together from time to time.
Die Kosten für die Möbel aus der gesamten Wohnung belaufen sich auf 850 € inklusive Bett mit Lattenrost und Matratze. Ebenso gibt es die Option einen Schreibtisch mit Glasplatte für 90 €. Die Kaution beträgt 1350€, die du beim Auszug zurück bekommst :)
