The apartment is located in the last floor (5th) no stairs of an old-nice building. It has 3 sleeping rooms, one big living room, one bathroom, a kitchen and a hallway. Your sleeping room is the biggest on the second floor of the WG (Dachgeschosszimmer). It counts with a large space to set a working space, a walk-in closet and the room is almost-fully furnished (e.g., bed, shelves but no desk). The room has 5 windows allowing a nice air draft, and it counts with extra storage room. The view of the city skyline is one of my favorites.
The WG is located in a incredible neighborhood, 50m from Friedberger Platz. Public transportation is easily reachable in less than 3min to tram connections like 12,18, and the U5. It is close to supermarkets like Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, and the vibrant Berger straße. If you like green spaces, we are close to Günthersburgpark which is connected by a nice green boulevard. If you enjoy going out, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops to explore.
You will be living with two other flatmates who are amazingly friendly. They are French, both actively working, and they, occasionally, also do home-office. What we expect from you is to be respectful, reasonably clean (a.k.a cleans after yourself in common areas), communicative and easy-going. As for now, we pay someone to come every 15 days to clean the common areas to ease cleaning schedules but this can be discussed.
