Ab dem 01.08.2023 wird eines der beiden Zimmer in der 2er WG am Oeder Weg frei. Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat ca. 18qm, ein großes Doppelfenster, das fast über die gesamte Zimmerbreite reicht - das Zimmer ist somit sehr hell. Diese Möbel sind hierbei inklusive: ein sehr großer Schrank, ein Nachttisch, ein kleines Couch, ein Bett (200x140), ein TV-Tisch, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der für 70€ angemietet werden muss. Bei Nichtnutzung, wird der Mietpreis für den Stellplatz auf beide Mitbewohner aufgeteilt.

From 01/08/2023, one of the two rooms in the 2-person shared apartment on Oeder Weg will become available. The room to be rented is approx. 18 sqm, has a large double window that extends almost across the entire width of the room - the room is therefore very bright. This furniture is included: a very large wardrobe, a bedside table, a small couch, a bed (200x140), a TV table, a desk, a chair.
The apartment also includes an underground parking space, which must be rented for 70€. In case of non-use, the rent for the parking space is divided between both roommates.

Die Wohnung liegt im südlichen Drittel des Oeder Wegs, unweit von REWE, DM und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Restaurants, Bäckereien, Schneider, Wäschereien sind in wenigen Minuten (wenn überhaupt) erreichbar. Die Haltestationen des ÖPNV liegen im direkten Umfeld (Bushaltestelle nur wenige Schritte entfernt, U-Bahn Station Eschenheimer Tor ca. vier Minuten Fußweg). Zur Zeil - Innenstadt - benötigt man bei sehr gemütlichem Tempo maximal zehn Minuten. Möglichkeiten sich vom Alltags- und Stadtstress zu erholen bieten mehrere kleine oder auch größere Parks im näheren Umfeld (Holzhausenpark ca. fünf / Grüneburgpark ca. zehn Minuten entfernt).

The apartment is located in the southern third of Oeder Weg, not far from REWE, DM and other shopping facilities. Restaurants, bakeries, tailors, laundries can be reached in a few minutes (if at all). Public transport stops are in the immediate surroundings (bus stop only a few steps away, subway station Eschenheimer Tor about four minutes walk). To the Zeil - city center - you need a maximum of ten minutes at a very moderate pace. Several small or even larger parks nearby (Holzhausenpark approx. five min. / Grüneburgpark approx. ten minutes away) provide opportunities to relax from the stress of everyday life and the city.

Bislang waren wir eine sprachbegeisterte WG. Die Begeisterung für Sprachen ist natürlich kein Pflichtkriterium, aber als Franzose kann ich gerne französisch beibringen und würde mich freuen, weiter Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch oder Italienisch zu sprechen. Die Wohnung wurde immer tadellos in Schuss gehalten. Ordnung wurde und wird weiterhin groß geschrieben. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man benötigt - ist so gut wie fast vollausgestattet. Eine vollwertige, moderne Küche ist vorhanden und lädt zum Kochen ein - auch wenn das Umfeld genügend attraktive Angebote zum "Auswärtsessen" bereit hält. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine große Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche, die durch eine Teilverglasung abgetrennt ist. Eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Wäschetrockner sind auch vorhanden.

So far we have been a language enthusiastic WG. Enthusiasm for languages is of course not a mandatory criterion, but as a Frenchman I can gladly help with French and would be happy to continue speaking German, English, Spanish or Italian. The apartment has always been kept in excellent condition. Tidiness has been and will continue to be emphasized. The apartment has everything you need - is as good as almost fully equipped. A full, modern kitchen is available and invites you to cook - even if the surrounding area has enough attractive offers to "eat out". The bathroom has a large bathtub with integrated shower, separated by partial glazing. A washing machine as well as a tumble dryer are also available.
