A house cleaner visits the apartment once every two weeks, taking care of the floor, bath, toilette and kitchen.

Auf dem Grundflächenplan handelt es sich um Zimmer 3.
Im Preis sind bereits alle Nebenkosten mit berücksichtigt.
Aller zwei Wochen kommt eine Putzfrau und macht Flur, Bad, Toilette und Küche sauber.

The flat is ideal for students going to either Frankfurt School or Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, as both are within walking distance.
Being located on Friedberger Landstraße and nearby Eckenheimer Landstraße, a large variety of restaurants and bars is available to your disposal, should you be interested in going out form time to time.
Sowohl ein Rewe als auch ein Lidl sind beide in Fußreichweite.
Außerdem gibt es nicht unweit der Wohunng die beste und preiswerteste Pizza in Frankfurt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht unweit der Frankfurt School und Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
Wer Freitag Abend vor die Tür will, zieht mit dem Norend den Jackpott.
Sowohl die Friedberger, als auch die Eckenheimer Landstraße bieten ein Vielfalt an Restaurants und Bars.
Currently we have two guys living in the apartment. (One interningn until end of august and one in the final year of his Bachelors)
Both of us like to talk during the evening, usually when one of the two cooks, while the other offers some casual drinks.
Hence, we welcome every person, who enjoys these things too.
However should you prefer your peace and quiet from time to time, we respect that too.
Last but not least, keeping the house in a general state of cleanness is preferred, but not the sole purpose of us living together.
Meaning that as long as the kitchen and bath are clean, you can do with your room as you please.
In der WG wohnen aktuell zwei Herren.
Der eine befindet sich aktuell im 6. Semester seines Bachelorstudiums und der andere absolviert noch ein Praktikum bis Ende August.
In der WG wird gerne von Zeit zu Zeit in der Küche gequatscht und der ein oder andere Alkohol dabei verkonsumiert.
Entsprechend freuen wir uns über jede Persönlichkeit, die an diesen Dingen auch Freude findet.
Wer seine Ruhe haben will wird aber auch respektiert.
Wir sind keine Sauberkeitsnazis und entsprechend sind wir der Meinung, dass Putzpläne überbewertet sind.
Das soll aber nicht heißen, dass und Sauberkeit (vor allem in der Küche und Bad) nicht wichtig sind.
Wie es im eigenen Zimmer aussieht, muss jeder für sich entscheiden.
