Nachdem wir weinenden Auges unsere Mitbewohnerin Anna ziehen lassen, sind wir nun auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohner*in für unsere entspannte internationale Berufstätigen-WG.
Das frei werdende Zimmer liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Einbahnstrasse (nur Anwohnerverkehr). Die Kosten für das Zimmer sind mit 500€ 'all inclusive' gerechnet - Warmmiete, Storm, Internet und Rundfunkgebühren.
Annas Möbel stehen zum Verkauf, falls Interesse besteht: Doppelbett, Schrank, und ein Stehtisch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG, hat insgesamt etwa 116 qm und verfügt - neben den zwei anderen Schlafzimmer - über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, eine separate Toilette und einen Balkon mit Abendsonne.

After we have to wave a sad goodbye to our flatmate Anna, we are looking for a new flatmate for our friendly international flatshare.
The available room faces a quiet street and the costs are about 500€ 'all inclusive' - warm rent, electricity, internet and tv license fee.
Anna's furniture is up for selling so you could buy it if you wanted to. This include a double bed, a wardrobe and a standing desk.
The flat is on the 4th floor, and is all in all 116 squared meter, and in addition to the three bedrooms, there is a bathroom, a big living room, a kitchen, a separate toilette and a balcony.
Unsere Wohnung liegt an der Musterschule und damit nicht mal 50 Meter von der gleichnamigen U-Bahn Haltestelle (U5) entfernt. Zur Konstablerwache, Zeil oder Grüneburgweg braucht man 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Im Umkreis von wenigen Minuten befinden sich in Laufnähe mehrere Supermärkte (Aldi, Rewe, Teegut), und DM, mehrere Bäcker sowie Restaurants und Cafés.
Our flat is next to Musterschule, and only 50 meters away from the metro stop Musterschule (U5). It also just takes 10 minutes walking to reach Konstablerwache, Zeil or Grüneburgweg.
In the neighbourhood there are many supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Teegut), DM and many bakers, restaurants and cafés.
Die verbleibenden zwei WG-Mitbewohner sind Teresa (29) und Felix (36). Teresa kommt aus Italien und macht ihre Doktorarbeit in Neurowissenschaften, und Felix ist nach langer Zeit in den USA nach Deutschland zurückgekehrt und arbeitet als postdoc ebenfalls in den Neurowissenschaften. Wir haben beide viel Zeit in anderen Ländern verbracht und sind deswegen besonders offen für Zuwachs aus einem anderen Land ;) Wir sind beide gut beschäftigt mit Arbeit und kommen deshalb oft spät nach Hause - freuen uns dann aber umso mehr, in der Küche zu quatschen und manchmal etwas miteinander zu unternehmen (kochen, ein Bierchen trinken, usw).
The remaining two flatmates are Teresa (29) and Felix (36). Teresa comes from Italy and is doing her PhD in neuroscience, and Felix has returned to Germany after a long time in the US, for a postdoc also in neuroscience. We have all spent extensive time in other countries, so we are especially open to find someone from yet another country ;) We are both quite busy with work, so we often come back home late, but we are always up for a chat when we're at home and sometimes we do things together (cooking, drinking a beer etc).
