Das rechteckig geschnittene Zimmer ist dank altbautypisch hoher Decken und großer Fenster angenehm hell und vollständig möbliert. Die Ausstattung werde ich wie auf den Bildern übergeben, das Zimmer verfügt also u.a. über Fernseher, Couch, Schreibtisch & Stuhl, einen großen Kleiderschrank und ein 2,20x1,40-Bett.
Alle Fenster sind dreifach verglast, sodass bei geschlossenen Fenstern absolute Ruhe herrscht. Allerdings ist die Keplerstraße sowieso nur selten zu hören, es handelt sich um eine wenig befahrene Einbahnstraße.
Die Wohnung umfasst außerdem eine geräumige, vollständig ausgestatte Küche in der vier Personen bequem Platz nehmen können, ein sehr großes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, Dusche und Eckbadewanne, ein kleines Bad mit Waschbecken & WC, eine Diele sowie natürlich die zwei Zimmer meiner Mitbewohner.

The rectangular room is pleasantly bright thanks to its high ceilings and large windows. I will hand over the equipment as it is shown in the pictures, thus, the room is fully furnished and has, among other things, a TV, a couch, a desk & a chair, a big wardrobe and a 2,20x1,40-bed.
All windows are triple-glazed so that when they are closed there is absolute silence. However, the traffic on Keplerstraße is rarely heard anyway, as it is a little frequented one-way street.
The apartment also includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen in which four people can comfortably sit, a very large bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and corner bathtub, a small bathroom with sink & toilet, a hallway, and of course the two rooms of my flatmates.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist eins der größten Highlights!
So gut wie alles lässt sich von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß erledigen. Aldi, Rewe und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nur fünf Minuten Fußweg entfernt, die Umgebung ist voll mit tollen Restaurants und Bars und zu Fuß ist man in nur zehn Minuten mitten in der Frankfurter Innenstadt.
Wenn es doch mal der ÖPNV sein soll, ist man in nur zwei Minuten an der nächsten Bushaltestelle und in fünf Minuten in der U-Bahn U5. Lediglich circa acht Minuten Fußweg entfernt kann man die vier weiteren U-Bahnlinien U1, U2, U3 und U8 nutzen.
Wen es ins Grüne zieht, erreicht den Holzhausenpark ebenfalls in nur drei Gehminuten und auch der große Grüneburgpark ist sehr gut erreichbar.

The location of the apartment is one of its biggest highlights!
Almost everything can be handled from the apartment on foot. Aldi, Rewe and other shopping facilities are only a five-minute walk away, the surrounding area is full of great restaurants and bars, and it only takes ten minutes to walk to the centre of Frankfurt.
If you want to use public transport, you can reach the nearest bus stop in only two minutes and the underground line U5 in five minutes. At a distance of only approximately eight minutes on foot, one can use the four further underground lines U1, U2, U3 and U8.
For those who are drawn to the green, Holzhausenpark is also only a three-minute walk away and the large Grüneburgpark is also very easy to reach.
Die Wohnung würdest Du mit meinen zwei Mitbewohnern Jonas und Niklas teilen.
Jonas hat in diesem Jahr sein Studium abgeschlossen und arbeitet bei einer Bank in Frankfurt. Niklas studiert im Master und arbeitet nebenher in Teilzeit.
Innerhalb der WG sitzen wir gerne abends noch ein wenig zusammen, kochen am Wochenende mal eine Mahlzeit zusammen oder ähnliches. Das Miteinander ist sehr entspannt und offen, wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem. Auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung wird selbstverständlich Wert gelegt.

You would share the apartment with my two roommates Jonas and Niklas.
Jonas finished his studies this year and works at a bank in Frankfurt. Niklas is studying for his master's degree and works part-time on the side.
Within the flat we like to hang out together in the evenings, cook a meal on weekends or the like. The atmosphere is very relaxed and open. If you want to have some time for yourself, that's no problem either. Of course, we attach great importance to cleanliness and order.
Die angegebene Miete beinhaltet ALLE anfallenden Kosten, also auch Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, GEZ, usw.
Das Zimmer kann ab dem 01.05. gemräumt werden. Der Vertrag ist erstmal bis zum 31.08.2021 befristet, da ich mindestens bis dahin außerhalb Frankfurts arbeiten und studieren werde. Es ist aber sehr gut möglich, dass Du danach auch langfristig in der WG leben kannst, was wir dann zeitig in 2021 regeln können.

The rent quoted includes ALL costs incurred, including incidental expenses, electricity, Internet, GEZ, etc.
The room can be rented from 01.05. The contract is limited until 31.08.2021 because I will work and study outside Frankfurt at least until then. But it is quite possible that you will be able to live in the WG on a longer-term basis after that, too, which we can settle early in 2021.
