ich bin auf der Suche nach einem/r Mitbewohner/in für den Zeitraum vom 1.8 - 30.09.22, (gerne auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum ab dem 01.08.2021) da in unserer Wohnung ein Zimmer frei wird. Die Wohnung befindet sich im lebendigen Frankfurter Nordend in der Nähe des Friedberger Platzes. Das freie Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof und ist 20 m2 groß bei ca. 4m Höhe. Die Wohnung ist saniert und verfügt über einen Balkon, ein grosses Badezimmer & WC sowie eine moderne Küche. Du würdest perfekt in diese WG passen wenn du auf der Suche nach einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit Nordend-Flair bist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Friedberger Platzes; U-Bahn und Tram-Stationen sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (500m bzw. 200m). Ich arbeite im Banking in Frankfurt und würde mich selbst als spontan und unternehmensfreudig bezeichnen: alles kann aber nichts muss, je nachdem wie es passt. Wenn du Interesse hast, dann stell dich gerne kurz vor und was dich nach Frankfurt führt.
Vielleicht sehen wir uns dann schon bald zum Kennenlernen und einer Wohnungsvorstellung - gerne erstmal corona-compliant via FaceTime/ Whatsapp-Video.

I am temporarily looking for a roommate for the period of 1.8 - 31.12.21, as there is a vacancy in our apartment. The apartment is located in the wonderful Frankfurt-Nordend near Friedberger Platz. The vacant room faces the courtyard, is very spacious with 20 m2. The apartment is renovated, has a large bathroom & toilet, is equipped with a modern kitchen and a spacious balcony.
You would fit perfectly if you are temporarily looking for a very well equipped apartment with Nordend flair.
