After 4 and half years in this amzing WG, I will be moving begining of April and currently looking for a long-term tenant for my cool roommates Raphael and Dominic.
We are looking for a responsible and friendly individual to take over my room. The available room is very spacious and bright. All furniture must be bought for a fixed price of €700. You'll have access to a shared kitchen, and bathroom, equipped with all appliances and amenities.
The apartment is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Frankfurt, Nordend just ONE minute walk from each the underground "U5", grocery stores (Aldi, Rewe, Penny), and restaurants/cafes (Terranova, Eis Christina, Cafucico.. and many more) . It's also within 5 min from the city center and 10 min from the main station.
We're seeking someone who is respectful of others' space, clean, and easy-going.
Rent of €617 includes all utilities and internet. Deposit for the room is €800.
Furniture is €700.
Move-in date is April 1.
