Da nun mein Praktikum in Frankfurt leider endet und ich für meinen PhD nach Berlin ziehe, wird dieses schöne, helle, kleine wenn auch feine Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten und durch das Fenster taghell. Kalt wird dir in dem Zimmer nicht, es ist exzellent isoliert und wurde kürzlich renoviert.
Die Matratze überlasse ich dir, gegen einen kleinen Abschlag kannst du auch den 3-Monate alten Hängeschrank mit kleinem Regal übernehmen.
In der Miete sind sämtliche Nebenkosten bereits inkludiert.

As my internship in Frankfurt is ending shortly and I am moving to Berlin to continue with my my PhD, this nice, bright, small but cosy room will be available.
The room is rather elongated and bright during the day given the large window. You also won't get cold during winter time - the room is well-insulated and was recently renovated.
You can keep the mattress, for a small fee you can also have the 3-month-old hanging closet with small build-in shelf, as well as my small, practical, black nightstand.
In the rent all utilities are already included.
Die WG ist erstklassig gelegen. Mit der U6/U7 bist du von der Haustür innerhalb von 10min am Opernplatz und entsprechend früher in der Innenstadt - die U-Bahnhaltestelle Zoo ist in 4min zu erreichen.
Die U4 zum Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls in 5min fußläufig erreichbar.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es einen Rewe und Penny in unmittelbarer Nähe (jeweils 3-4min Fußweg), aber auch weitere Cafés und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.
Das Wohngebäude liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend umgeben von einem Altenheim und Krankenhaus, von daher sehr angenehm und leise.

The WG is in a prime location. With the U6/U7, you are within 10min from door to door at Opernplatz and even quicker in the city center. You can reach the subway stop Zoo within 4min.
The U4 to Frankfurt main station is also within 5min walking distance.
You can buy groceries at a Rewe and Penny closeby (each 3-4min walking distance), but also other cafes and restaurants are nearby.
The flat is located in a very quiet residential area surrounded by a retirement home and hospital, therefore very pleasant and quiet.
Wir sind eine sehr internationale WG, Studierende und Arbeitstätige, kochen gerne zusammen oder verbringen Zeit auf dem Balkon. Am Wochenende gehen wir auch gerne aus - alles kann, nichts muss. Für jeden ist das Zimmer ein Rückzugsort und wird auch als solcher respektiert.

We are a very international and diverse flat, students as well as young working professionals are living in your new home. We like to cook together or spend time on the balcony. On weekends we also like to go out - feel free to join. For everyone the room is a retreat and is respected as such.
