Das 16 qm2 Zimmer ist direkt am Eingang unserer Wohnung. Wir vermieten nur temporär. Das Zimmer ist möbliert uns Wlan steht allen Mitbewohnerinnnen zur Verfügung. Küche und Bad werden geteilt und es gibt ein separtes Gäste-WC.
Wir vermieten das Zimmer an eine Person.
Wir sprechen neben deutsch auch englisch und französisch und freuen uns besonders auf internationale Mitbewohnerinnen - gerne auch Musikstudentinnen. Ein Klavier ist in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Wir bevorzugen einen ruhigeren Wohnstil und freuen uns auf gelegentlichen Austausch mit den Mitbewohnerinnen. Raucherinnen können wir leider nicht akzeptieren.
The 16 sqm room is right at the entrance to our apartment. We only rent temporarily. The room is furnished and WiFi is available to all roommates. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and there is a separate guest toilet.
We rent the room to one person.
In addition to German, we also speak English and French and are particularly happy to have international roommates - including music students. A piano is available in the apartment.
We prefer a quieter style of living and look forward to occasional exchanges with our roommates. Unfortunately we cannot accept smokers.
