WG-Zimmer im Frankfurter Ostend mit Blick auf die EZB

Die WG befindet sich im Frankfurter Ostend, 5 Minuten von der U-Bahnstation „Zoo“ (U6/U7) und 8 Minuten von der U-Bahnstation „Merianplatz“ (U4) entfernt. Zudem sind auch Straßenbahnen innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der nächste Rewe, sowie Penny, ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Am Main ist man zu Fuß in 10 minuten, sowie an der Zeil.
Zum Uni-Campus Westend braucht man mit der U-Bahn insgesamt 20 Minuten.
Die Lage ist allgemein sehr ruhig, da das Wohnhaus sich direkt neben einem Altersheim befindet.

The WG is located in the Ostend, you need 5 Minutes to the U-Bahnstation “Zoo” (U5/U6), and 8 Minutes to the U-Bahnstation “Merianplatz” (U4). The tramstation is only 5 minutes to walk.
Right next to it is a Rewe, were you can buy everything you need. Another grocerystore (Penny) is 4 minutes away from the WG.
It’s a ten minute walk to the Main and Zeil (or you could go there faster with the U-Bahn etc).
You’ll need 20 minutes to the Goethe-University.
The location of the WG in general is very quiet, because it’s next to a home for senior citizens.

WG:
In der WG leben Leute aus verschiedensten Ländern, die alle sehr entspannt und ruhig sind. Wir haben alle die unterschiedlichsten Tagesabläufe, weswegen wir uns nicht oft über den Weg laufen. Wenn man sich aber doch mal zusammensetzt, genießen wir oft die Sonne auf dem Balkon (mit Skyline Blick) oder kochen zusammen, da die Küche der Mittelpunkt der Wohnung ist.
Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Stöcke aufgeteilt, unten ist die Küche, das Bad, Klo und 5 Zimmer.
Oben sind die 4 restlichen Zimmer und der Balkon.

There live people from various countries (Argentina, Ukraine, Germany, Pakistan) in the WG, which are all very quiet and easy-going. We all have different daily routines and schedules, so we don’t see each other very often. But when we do, we enjoy the weather on the balcony (with a Skyline view) or cook together because the kitchen is the centre of the flat.
The flat itself is split into two floors. Downstairs are 5 rooms, the kitchen, the toilette and the bathroom. Upstairs are the 4 other rooms and the balcony.

Bad:
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, sowie eine extra Dusche. Es ist für Frankfurter verhältnisse groß gestaltet und hat ein großes Fenster.

The bathroom has a bathtube as well as a shower. The bathroom in general is rather big and has a window.


Küche:
Die Küche ist schon voll ausgestatten, es muss also nichts mehr mitgebracht werden. Wir haben eine Spülmaschine, eine Mikrowelle, einen großen Ofen, zwei Kühlschränke, einen Gefrierschrank und einen Wasserkocher. Zudem haben wir mehrere kleine Regale aber auch einen großen Doppelschrank in der Küche, in welchem jeder seinen eigenen Platz hat.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you don’t need to bring anything with you. It has a dishwasher, a microwave, a oven, two refrigerators, a freezer and a kettle.
We also have a lot of shelves in the kitchen an a big cabinet, where everyone has it’s own space.

Einzugsdatum ist noch verhandelbar/flexibel, der spätmöglichste Termin wäre am 1. Juli.
