Das Zimmer ist 22m² groß, sehr geräumig und hat einen kleinen Balkon, man kann die Skyline von Frankfurt sehen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, ein weiterer Stuhl, Bücherregal und Kommode. Es gibt noch genügend Platz, wenn du weitere Möbel mitbringen möchtest. Die Möbel kostet 800 EUR.
Die Wohnung befindet im 3. Stock. Insgesamt gibt es 5 Schlafräume, eine große Küche, ein kleines Zimmer zum Trocknen der Wäsche sowie zwei Badezimmer (Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt)

The Room is furnished with a wardrobe, bed, writing table, chair, armchair, book shelve and some drawers. The furniture cost is 800 Euros. There is still enough space in the room if you want to bring something with you.
The apartment is situated on the 3d floor. In total, there are 5 bedrooms, a big kitchen, a small room where we dry the laundry and two bathrooms (one for the shower and one for the lavatory).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Viertel, sehr zentral gelegen, es sind nur ein paar Minuten zum Main.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig erreichbar. In weniger als 10 Minuten ist am an der S-Bahn-Station Konstablerwache. Außerdem gibt es eine Bushaltestelle (Bus 30, 36 Schöne Aussicht) sowie eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 18, Hospital zum Heiligen Geist).
Supermärkte: Aldi und Rewe. Schöne Restaurants und Café sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
The flat is located in a quiet area, very close to the center of the city and the Main river.
Public transportation is available in the area. less than 10 minutes walk to S-bahn Konstablerwache. There is also a bus station (bus 30, 36 Schöne Aussicht) and a tram station (line 18, hospital zum heiligen geist).
Supermarkets: Aldi is close by as well as Rewe. Restaurants and Cafes also can be found in the area)

In der WG wohnen zurzeit 5 Leute im Alter zwischen 30 und 34.
Ich. Katja, werde für eine neue Arbeitsstelle nach Berlin ziehen. Die verbliebenen Mitbewohner:

Da wir alle berufstätig sind, sind wir unter der Woche sehr beschäftigt mit der Arbeit und ähnlichen Erledigungen. Aus diesem Grund möchten wir uns abends ausruhen, meist verbleiben wir auf unseren Zimmern, um zu lesen oder einen Film zu schauen. Manchmal treffen wir uns auch in der Küche und kochen zusammen, so wie es gerade passt.
Es ist wichtig zu erwähnen, dass wir keine Party-WG sind. Wir achten die Privatsphäre der anderen und bemühen uns vor allem in den Abendsstunden leise zu sein. Aber natürlich finden wir immer mal Zeit, uns für einen Kaffee und eine nette Unterhaltung in der Küche zu treffen. Wir haben eine sehr familäre Beziehung zueinander, sind sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützen uns gegenseitig.
Uns ist sehr wichtig, dass die Wohnung regelmäßig geputzt wird: wir haben einen Putzplan, der Putzdienst wechselt sich wöchentlich unter den Mitbewohnern ab. Außerdem achtet jeder darauf, dass die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand bleibt.

We are a friendly 5 people WG between the age of 30 and 34.

During the week we are busy with work and other activities, so we spend the evenings mostly relaxing on our own. Sometimes, we manage to have a dinner in the kitchen. Please note that we are not a party WG and it is important for us to respect each others privacy and rest, especially in the evenings. But there is always time for a chat and coffee. We have kind of a family relationship, we are very helpful and supportive to each other.
We also share a common sense of living in a tidy environment: we have a cleaning timetable, the duty to clean the common areas of the flat rotates each week. Besides, everybody takes care leaving the apartment in a clean condition.
