Since we will be travelling a lot in the future, we are looking for two kind flatmates for our luxury, well cut, top renovated, quiet, partly furnished old building flat with view into the greenery in Frankfurt's Ostend (within walking distance to the ECB, 10 minutes to the main station, 20 minutes to the airport).
Here are a few facts at a glance:
190 sqm, 2nd floor, 3.50 m high ceilings, double doors, parquet flooring, 1 parking space, fast W-Lan, S-Bahn and all necessary shops for daily needs within 5 minutes walking distance. Main river bank approx. 200m away.
In our working WG each has a private room of at least 35 sqm. The basic rent is 1.100 Euro each. Living room, dining room, kitchen, guest toilet, cellar, storage room, balcony and bathroom with bath and shower are shared. Privacy guaranteed.
Since we will be travelling a lot in the future, we will hardly be at home, so the apartment will be used mainly by the two subtenants. The rooms can be furnished on request.
