Das Zimmer ist 16m² mit Balkon, wird möbliert (Schrank, Bett, Sofa) vermietet und kostet 440€ warm pro Monat. Hinzu kommen Kosten für Strom, Gas und Telefon/Internet (40€).
Die Wohnung besitzt außerdem eine gemütlich-kleine Küche, die alles Wichtige (Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlschrank, Mikrowelle, ...) beinhaltet und für ein gemütliches Beisammen sitzen einlädt.
Auch haben wir eine Mansarde in der man Gäste "unterstellen" kann, einen Keller und einen Fahrradkeller.

The room is 16m², has a balcony and is furnished (Closet, bed) and cost 440€/month. You have to add around 40€ for gas, electricity and telefon/internet.
There is a small but nice kitchen with everything usefull inside (fridge, freezer, microwave,...).
We also have a small room on the building where one friend can stay overnight, we have a basement with bike storage.

Wir wohnen im netten Osten (U-Bahnhaltestelle : Habsburgerallee bzw. Ostbahnhof).
Ganz in der Nähe unserer Wohnung befindet sich auch der schöne Ostpark mit seinen 1000 Gänsen (besonderes Nett im Sommer für Barbecues) und in 15 Minuten bist du zu Fuß auf der Bergerstraße (Bornheim). Wenn du das Rad oder Ubahn nutzt, bist du in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Konstablerwache mit alle Sbahn ist nur 5 min entfernt mit U-bahn oder Fahrrad.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke; ein Rewe, Bäcker, Apotheken.

We live in Ostend (metro station : Habsburgerallee/Ostbahnhof).
We are living near Ostpark, a nice park where people can go running, do barbecues in summer. We also live 15min by foot from the Bergerstraße, nice street with a lot of shops, bars, ...(Bornhheim).
To go to the centrum you'll need 10 min with the metro/a bike. 5 min to go to Konstablerwache where all the Sbahn are.
Salvatore ist Lehrer für Italienisch, Deutsch und Philosophie/Ethik und absolviert derzeit sein Refendariat. Veronica ist Ärztin und kommt aus der Slowakei. Gelegentlich trifft man sich in der Küche auf einen Tee oder auf ein Glas Wein. Ansonsten wird die Küche gerne und regelmäßig zum Kochen genutzt. Wir sind aber ruhigen Menschen, die oft auch Zeit im eigenen Zimmer verbringen. Wir sind aktiv unterwegs und sind gerne am Reisen, Sporttreiben und besuchen auch Theater/Kinos und Freunden.

However, we are quiet people who often spend time in our own room. We enjoy travelling, doing sports and visiting theatres/cinemas and friends.
