Ei Gude! **Mietzeitraum flexibel**
Das Zimmer, welches zur Zwischenmiete frei wird ist möbliert. Große Fenster, sowie eine Tür zum zur Straße hin schauenden Balkon lassen viel Licht herein. Echtparkett und Holzmöbel machen das ganze sehr gemütlich.
Die Wohnung ist recht neu, hat einen geilen Gasherd in der Küche und zwei Balkone. Ein Balkon zur Straße und ein großer auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Dazu kommt ein schönes Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Fußbodenheizung und Regenwalddusche. Wow Wow Wow.

The Room in question is furnished. Big windows and a balcony let a lot of light in. The Parquet and wooden furniture are very cozy.
The flat is relatively new, in the kitchen you will find a gas stove and there are two balconies to each side of the flat. Furthermore there is a nice living room and a bathroom with floor heating and rain shower. Wow wow wow!
In der relativ ruhigen Nachbarschaft der Sackgasse Ostendstraße kann man schön Homeoffice machen, ist aber auch innerhalb von 5 min am Main und in 10 min an der Konsti. Die Sbahn Ostendstraße ist 4 min zu Fuß weg und Aldi und Rewe vielleicht so 10 min. Der Weg zum Unverpackt Laden oder zum Sachsenhäuser Obst- u. Gemüsekorb ist auch nicht weit.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch vorrhanden.

The relatively quiet neighborhood of the dead end Ostenendestraße is perfect for home office. At the same time you are at the Main within 5 min or Konstablerwache (Citycenter) within 10 min. The Sbahn Ostendstraße is 4 walking minutes away and Aldi and Rewe maybe about 10 min. I personally preferre to go to a store with no waste and packaging (Ulf) or a small local store (Sachsenhäuser Obst- und Gemüsekorb).
Ich bin Felix, 27 Jahre, freischaffender Videoeditor, Film- Musik- und Pizzaliebhaber. Wenn ich nicht am Pc arbeite oder zocke gehe ich Fotografieren, Fahrradfahren oder koche auch mal was. Meistens vegetarisch und natürlich gerne in Gesellschaft. :)
