Hi, da ich Ende Juli in den Süden ziehe, biete ich mein kleines, aber feines WG-Zimmer mit bester Lage ab August zur Vermietung an. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind vollmöbliert. Für die Möbel im Zimmer (großer Schrank mit viel Stauraum, Bett, Schreibtisch, 2 Regale und ein kleineres Kästchen) und die anderen Utensilien in der WG (u.a. Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Staubsauger etc.) verlange ich eine einmalige Abschlagszahlung in Höhe von 500€.
Hi, since I am moving to the south at the end of July, I offer my room with best location for rent. The room and the apartment are fully furnished. For the furniture in the room (large wardrobe, bed, desk, 2 shelves and a smaller box) and the other utensils in the WG (including kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, etc.) I require a one-time payment of 500€.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Direkt vor der Haustüre liegt der Ostbahnhof, dessen Linie dich in 3 Minuten zur Konstablerwache, in 4 Minuten zur Hauptwache und in 5 Minuten zur Alten Oper bringt. Außerdem ist die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustüre. Unschlagbar ist die zentrale Nähe zum Main, wo sehr gut gejoggt werden kann. Ansonsten sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gyms und Bäckereien in der Nähe.
The location couldn't be better. The Ostbahnhof is located directly in front of the front door. The metro line takes you to the Konstablerwache in 3 minutes, to the Hauptwache in 4 minutes and to the old opera house (Alte Oper) in 5 minutes. In addition, the tram is right in front of the door. The central proximity to the Main River is unbeatable, where you can run very well. Otherwise there are many shops, gyms and bakeries nearby.
Du wirst zusammen mit meinen beiden Mitbewohnern leben. Der eine schreibt gerade an seiner Promotion und der andere arbeitet im Eventbereich. Beide sind sehr nette und gesellige Zeitgenossen, die sich über eine sympathische und zuverlässige Person freuen.
You will live together with my two roommates. One is writing his PhD and the other is working in the event business. Both are very nice and sociable contemporaries, who would appreciate a sympathetic and reliable roommate.
