WG Zimmer in zentraler und schöner Lage verfügbar

Die Wohnung ist Teil des Gebäudekomplexes "The East" und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der
Europäischen Zentralbank (die man vom Balkon in der Wohnküche aus auch sieht) und ist daher auch nur 5 Gehminuten vom Main entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich auch der Osthafenpark zu finden, den man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Direkt unten im Gebäude befindet sich ein großer REWE, der auch vom Untergeschoss des Gebäudes zugänglich ist, direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein DM und eine Apotheke. Andere Supermärkte wie ALDI oder auch EDEKA sind alle innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe mehrere Fitnessstudios: ca.400m entfernt FitSevenEleven & ca.800m entfernt FitnessFirst.

Zum ÖPNV:

Wir haben alle drei bereits in verschiedenen Ecken und WGs/Wohnungen in Frankfurt gewohnt und
sind uns einig, dass es eine kaum bessere Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gibt als in dieser Wohnung.

Bus und Straßenbahn fahren direkt vor der Haustür ab, die U-Bahn ist in 5 und die S-Bahn (Fast alle S-Bahnen fahren durch!) in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ostbahnhof ist ebenfalls nur in 5-7 Minuten erreichbar.

Und falls mal wieder gestreikt werden sollte: in die Stadt (Konstablerwache/Zeil) sind es zu Fuß auch
nur 20 Minuten und ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The apartment is part of the building complex "The East" and is located in the immediate vicinity of the
European Central Bank (which you can also see from the balcony in the kitchen) and is therefore also only 5 minutes walk from the Main river). Close by is of course also Osthafenpark and you can reach it by 5 min walk.

Directly below in the building is a large REWE, which is also accessible from the basement of the building, and directly opposite a DM and a pharmacy. Other supermarkets such as ALDI or EDEKA are all within 10 minutes walking distance.

Otherwise there are several gyms nearby: about 400m FitSevenEleven & about 800m FitnessFirst.

Public transport:

All three of us have already lived in different corners and shared flats in Frankfurt and we agree that there is hardly a better connection to public transport than in of this apartment.

Bus and tram leave right outside the front door (literally outside!), the subway is in 5 minutes and the S-Bahn (Almost all S-Bahn runs through!) in 8 minutes walking distance. Other than this the East Station is also only about 5-7 Minutes walking distance.

And if there should be a strike again: to the city (Konstablerwache/Zeil) it is reachable by foot by about 20 minutes and about 10 minutes accessible by bike.

Zusammen leben würdest Du mit Fabio und mir (Irvan) - wir sind beide Anfang 30, berufstätig und
arbeiten viel im Home Office. Da wir einen Glasfaser-Anschluss haben, ist das sehr entspannt. Ansonsten bin ich über das Wochenende oder auch mal in der Woche selbst viel unterwegs.

Nach dem Feierabend und am Wochenende sind wir gerne unterwegs mit Freunden, beim Sport, in
der Stadt, auf Reisen oder chillen auch einfach nur in der WG rum und bestellen uns abends
gemeinsam etwas zu essen. Wenn wir aber mal Ruhe brauchen, gehen wir ins Zimmer und machen
die Tür zu - das nimmt einem dann auch niemand übel ;)

Ansonsten sind wir eine sehr offene und tolerante WG und möchten natürlich, dass Du dahingehend
gleiche Eigenschaften mitbringst!

English Version:

You will live with Fabio and I (Irvan) - we are both in our early 30s, working and work a lot in the home office. Since we have a fiber optic connection, this is very doable. Otherwise, I'm on the road a lot over the weekend or sometimes during the week.

After work and on the weekends we like to meet our friends, go to sports, to the city, traveling or just chilling around in the flat and sometimes we order something to eat together in the evening . But if we need some space and quiet time, we usually go into our room and just chill by ourself - its completely alright! ;)

Otherwise, we are very open and tolerant and of course we would like you to have the same mindset.
